I called the Sarasota store to inquire about furniture pieces I saw on the Ethan Allen website and Kathleen was at my house an hour later for a design consultation! She has lots of ideas and is very enthusiastic. She was able to elevate the look of my living room area by adding new pieces to my existing furniture. Her customer service was excellent! She was in frequent contact with me from consultation, to ordering and through the delivery. She even texted me on delivery day to see how I liked the room. Epic Home Decor has a wide selection of gifts in all price points. I've found many hostess gifts that are exciting to give. The team wraps your purchases beautifully and you're proud to give.
I recently purchased a large silk flower arrangement for my fireplace mantal. Jason, the sales associate, helped me with measurements, and I was able to have it delivered the next morning. It's just spectacular and I love it in my formal living room. Every time I visit this store, I find something unique and of high quality. I appreciate having such a high-end store in the Lakewood Ranch community.”
