I have consigned here for years, because there is nothing else in the area. A few months ago, they said they had no record or "lost" two pair of sunglasses I bought in to consign- Kate Spade and RayBan. They also once "lost" a check I was told I had to pick up. Said it didn't exist. When I pursued and kept calling, they miraculously found it. Staff is unbelievably rude. Just went in again today- my sister spoke with someone 2 weeks ago who said she had a check. They could not find check. They are apparently switching systems and there are now two consignor numbers per person. Staff is unbelievably rude. Never again.

I should have listened to previous reviews from other consigners whose items have gone missing. As expected, one of my items, a pair of Tory Burch shoes, were “lost”. And instead of the store coming to a reasonable resolution I was met with the information that the store is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The fact that they have this in their contract should be warning for all that is this happens way too often. A store so has NO business selling high-end items just to say “they are lost and there is nothing we can do”. If I wanted to not make any money on my shoes, I would have donated them. I am convinced employees steal items and they have not made any effort to resolve this other than adding that silly clause into their contract. Consigners beware, because it will very likely happen to you too.

First time here and I loved it! I was able to walk around and look at everything at my own pace. I was informed of a “sale room” and lost my mind! So much fun and great merchandise at great prices!! When I had questions, the sales staff was helpful and very friendly! I highly recommend this place and will be back next time I am in the area!!

Terrible customer service. The owner is not very helpful or responsive. Very rude and condescending to new customers. There are many other places to shop in Venice. Stay away from this shop.

The Worst customer service 3-4 employees working fri afternoon no one ever acknowledges you , had clothing in hand shopping no may I hang those for you etc. employee 1 foot away from me , stood at jewelry counter employees close by had to turn and ask for help, showing me rings only Then did second employee come over saying I don’t need to even tell You to other employee Friendliness and common courtesy is Not this shops strong point!
I’ve been in a few times will not return , maybe if your a regular customer your treated differently.
Would give no star if possible

WARNING....... DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MERCHANDISE. I left several items in the Lakewood Ranch store. One of these items was a pair of expensive shoes that was sold and I only got three dollars which they will not give me unless I sell $20 worth of clothes. I went into the store to take the rest of my merchandise out when I found out that a black velvet jacket that I left there was not accounted for and neither was it sold. I later found out that several other people had the same problem with their merchandise missing.

This thrift store is awesome. I got two perfect condition Anne Taylor suits for less than $15 each, a Ted Baker dress for $88, and a Tumi weekender bag for $80. You can find everything from wedding gowns to athletic wear here. Highly, highly recommend.
