I paid for a 2 day shipping from California. My package left on Feb 1st ( Thursday) making 2 days February 3rd ( Saturday) and low and behold this location had my package there since Friday ( they sent me a message saying it would be there on Friday) and did not get it out but instead sent me another message saying it will be to me on Monday the 5th. That’s not 2 day and if they were unable to honor the 2 day that I paid for they shouldn’t have taken my money on it don’t you think? If I don’t pay they won’t do business with me so why is it ok for them to not honor their end of the business transaction ? It’s not and it’s unprofessional. So beware if you’re using Fed ex and it comes across this location because you will not get it in the time frame you paid for! Use UPS that have better customer service, better staff and honor the times you pay for, if not they make it easy to get a refund.
