Don't buy propane here. They charge a flat fee per bottle. I have always paid per gallon of propane. If I have one empty bottle and want to top off my second bottle why do I want to pay a flat fee.

This business doesn't fill the 20 pound bottles of propane to the full capacity. They charge everyone $23 for a full bottle and it's not actually full. The 20 pound bottles should weigh in close to 40 lbs when full. I was shorted approximately 3 lbs of LP. See attachment. Those tanks have a float valve that shuts off the flow when the tanks reach their capacity automatically. Those tanks hold 4.7 gallons of LP. They fill the tanks by weight with their scale and is set for 3 pounds less. This is unacceptable. It's a big ripoff.Update: well I needed propane again only because this place is the only establishment around this area that has the filling station. The man that filled my tank stated to me that it weighed 41 lbs. I said really? He said yes sir. When I picked it up, it didn’t feel like 41 lbs. When I arrived home, I weighed it on my accurate WW digital scale. It weighed in at 36.5 lbs. see attachment. I’m going to look into purchasing a NAT gas grill. I’m tired of dealing with these people. It’s a big rip-off. They should charge by the gallon or until the float valve kicks in inside the tank itself. They monopolize the situation and they’re getting away with it.

Worst customer service ever. Just told me they couldn’t fill or exchange my gas tank due to weather. I go outside and sit in my truck to wait for it to pass and guy comes out to fill two tanks. I ask if they are filling tanks as I have been waiting. He said no…these are the last two. Amazing so you couldn’t fill my tank but you could fill two other people’s that asked after me. Just lost a customer for life. That is a horrible business model. Pick and choose who you want to help.

Great staff they always help me find what I need even if it is just sum T bolts & screws. I find it is a bit pricier than Walmart or HomeDepot but the service is better and less lines

Went to exchange a tumbler that i bought for my pregnant wife a couple of weeks ago. I was actually going to exchange it for one more expensive. Cashier yold me without the actual paper that came with the mug i cant return it. Ask for a manager, he abrasively came and did not hear a thing i gotta say and spoke past me and told me the associate was tight and I have a complaint to call Yeti corporate or my pregnant wife could just deal with it. I got upset and left the store and for no reason he told me to not ever come back to his store like he was the owner followed me to the front and took a picture of me in front of my family. As a manager I pride myself in taking carr of the customer, takes less time than proving the customer is wrong and assisting with arrogance. I looked up return exchange policy and is 30 days, if there are any specifics please let the customer know before buying. Also the manager was horrible at de escalating a situation and his attitude is not the one of a leader that leads by example.
