I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed most every aspect! You will see reviews about kids being loud but in my opinion it’s just kids being kids. They have never been rude to me and tend to mind their own business. They just play outside like most kids do. There is often trash left out that can be frustrating. Chip bags, soda bottles, stuff like that.
The staff is very friendly and quick to answer requests. Maintenance requests are taken care of really quickly and efficiently. I have not had an issue with the dumpster being too full the past couple of months. This did used to be an issue but it has gotten much better!
Overall, I really enjoy living here! It’s a nice little place with friendly neighbors.

I have been living here since January of 2024 when I first rented my apartment I was in the hospital and I had a promise date of the 22nd and the apartment was not ready so I had to pay more fees for storage and truck rental and the people moving me. When I got out of the hospital the apartment was filthy had not been cleaned after their people did what they could do to be able to just unload the truck so I didn’t have to keep paying fees. Since then I have had electrical air conditioning, appliances you name it it has went wrong. I have had to turn in several complaints about neighbors and unruly kids and I have been confronted by 3 of the women living here and one who does not. I have had children knock on my door asking for donations or for food and I’ve been stopped carrying in groceries by the same children. There’s trash thrown around the area where my apartments at and kids in the corridor where I live yelling and cussing. I’m disabled and there’s always a car that’s not a handicapped car parked in them so I have to let the office know and I was told well maybe where this said person is from there is different laws so if we call the sheriff to have it towed they won’t be able to do anything. It’s horrible to be told that because you are doing what your told to do your told that you can be let out of your lease because if the issues going on but you can’t be transferred to another apartment. I’ve never been in this situation where I feel at harm or like I’m not suppose to let the people who are in charge of things know what’s going on I’m told to record things which you cannot record minors. I am scared to life here and I’m scared to report things when they are happening anymore.

My third year living here. Staff has changed for the better! Alexis is always amazing communicating with me about any needs from the office, and Brian (my favorite maintenance man) is timely with any requests made as well as a joy to talk to!

I've only lived here about 4 months and we haven't had any bad experiences. Everytime there's an issue the office always responds in a timely manner. Maintenance is normally always on site during business hours. Is it a little pricey to me yeah. But I needed a home for my children. As for other people's reviews I skimmed over. I have not seen drug use near the building I'm in. I've only had one noisy night and that was taken care of. When one of my neighbors kept leaving trash the office made sure to take care of that on a very timely manner. I know everyone's experiences are different but I don't have an issue other than I wish there was more storage space.

Its being almost 3 years living in this complex, everything has change for good! Staff at the office are good and Bradley (for maintenance staff) its very helpful, respectful, hardworker and always doing his 100% to do better for everyone!

My mother have been living here for almost about 3 years . She’s definitely had her ups and down with her apartment but through it all the maintenance man Bradley has been a great asset to the company. Very friendly !

Christina no longer works for the company and since they left it has went to shambles. Not one really wants to LIVE or WORK for them and if anyone stands up, they’ll retaliate against you by either firing or making your rent much higher or not renew/evict you. So many people have moved and the place is loaded with mold and have been sued from this, raccoons the size of little kids and trash everywhere.Minorities have issues, people stare at you as if you are not suppose to be in there. Ram by morning her son and close friends . WhT do u expect..Moldy should be shut down. Race and culture shouldn’t matter either.
