Brand new store will not allow customers to use the brand new restroom. The clerk told me it's not a public restroom as he took my cash for my purchase. I'm sure building code requires them to have the restroom, why won't they allow patrons to use it.

People always hate on Winn Dixie but they have a really good selection of items.Cuban bread, Portuguese rolls, dried chilies, etc. Haters gonna hate I guess.
