I was extremely impressed with the service at this branch. My usual branch is slower and the customer service is poor but I was very happy with the teller that helped me. I believe his name was Noah and he explained very thoroughly what process he was taking and all the procedures he needed to take. The line I waited in went very quickly and I would definitely recommend this branch as long as services and nice tellers stay the same.

Yesterday, Friday,I went to this bank and explained to the person who helped me: I have two accounts,one is mine and the other my daughter's,please deposit this into my (say my name) account.Today Saturday,What is my surprise? The cashier deposited me into my daughter's account.

My dad went to go to deposit my rent into my landlords account today, and unlike every other time that he has done it they would not allow him to, making it impossible for me to pay my rent on time today.

Had a bad experience at this bank not unlike the previous review. Needed a notary to sign something. Our Wells Fargo branch did not have one so they contacted branch on Harden Blvd who said for us to drive over and they would notarize for us. Walked in at 1 pm and there was 1 teller and 1 woman at her desk talking with a person I initially thought was a customer but after 20 min of watching them laughing and engaged in conversation it seemed more friendly than business like. There were 10 people waiting to see the teller so I interrupted the woman behind a desk. I explained situation and she told us to have a seat and manager would be with us shortly. There was no other employees in the branch so I assume the manager was on lunch. The others seated and waiting in front of us said they'd been waiting for an hour. We wasted a half hr. waiting and realizing there were 3 others in from of us who were frustrated so we left. My wife sarcastically thanked the woman behind the desk who was still engaged with a friend. She was so oblivious to what was happening she graciously accepted the thank you prompting my wife to respond, "not really". Will never return to that branch.

Went to this location for the first time and waited in a decently long line in the middle of the day. Only one woman was working the counter while another lady behind the counter just kept saying hello to anyone walking in but not actually helping with customers. Finally got to the front and asked for assistance wiring money and the teller said only a banker can do this and they had no bankers?? How does a bank have no bankers in the middle of the work week? Super odd and inconvenient. Especially after waiting in line for a while. Won't be back at this location.

My mother banked at this location for 15 years. After she passed away last year, I have been trying to arrange for her safe deposit box to be drilled. I live 8 hrs away and plan to make one trip to Florida but can not get anyone at the branch to call me back. This level of service is completely unacceptable …. I am a banker and service is what banks compete on. I NOW understand staff has been rotating between branches making consistent follow up more challenging. Knowing this, Wells needs to use a system that manages/routes inquiries to staff no matter where they may be working on a particular day. Managing customer expectations is EASILY fixed by SIMPLY returning phone calls in a timely manner.

Zach was super helpful! Even though this branch is temporarily closed to see bankers, he helped me make an appointment online at another location. He also explained how to make an appointment right from my phone, and gave me a pamphlet of what services they offer on the mobile app. I’ve never worked with Zach before but he was awesome!! :)
