Wanted to open a account, change address, order checks. Was told I could wait about a hour. Was told to make a appointment, but didn't offer to make for me.I was having problems with my phone/wifi, so I am currently unable to access the app.Monday I'll go to another branch office.

Terrible attention, especially Mr. Luis, the one who speaks Spanish, very bad attention. I hope they take action with him one day
