I moved to Lakeland a year ago, and I have to say, my old Walmart was immaculate compared to this one! The parking lot of this Walmart definitely needs to be repaved and the cart corrals were badly bent out of shape. This does not make for a pleasant drive-up experience. That being said, the inside of the store is clean and well-organized, as any typical Walmart is. They have a decent selection of services in the front of the store and a Burger King if you are hungry. They are pretty well stocked and have the typical variety of products. My only complaint about products is their lack of organic choices, especially for fresh and frozen produce. My former Walmart had much more selection. They are also often out of the organic options, which should be a clue that there is a market for organic foods in this area.

One of the worst Walmart stores! Custom service does not solve problems. they simply send you to the store where the purchase was made. The auto center has disgusting staff and an absolutely unprofessional manager.

I was concerned about coming to the North Lakeland Walmart due to prior reviews but I shouldn't have been. It was fine. They were stocked, it was busy, and they had most of what was on my list. Help is non existent here so you must fend for yourself. That is ok. Now I have ordered online to have it shipped and there was quite a mess up from this store. They delivered from this store to a closed business as they didn't ship from the warehouse . I had to call around to figure that out. The order was missing an item. No one could help. I got hung up on etc. I now know if you order online to have it shipped to Lakeland , a Walmart store is likely to deliver it. So this store is hit or miss. Proceed at your own risk. If you are going in it'll probably be ok. If ordering online and it is over $35 they may deliver it early in a open plastic bag on the doorstep and you need to make sure it is all there

This is just about their car service center. If you call prepare to be on holdfor half an hour, that they cann't afford to have someone answer the phone ispretty bad. But, they have little or no competition, so............

Ordered on Fri, Sep 16, 2022I want to make sure that the Wal-Mart e-commerce team knows of my dissatisfaction and frustration. I ordered from Wal-Mart instead of Amazon because the item was cheaper.I ordered 6 items they sent only 5. This happens so often that I'm no longer going to buy from Wal-Mart. I will order from Amazon even if it cost me more. Wal-Mart has the worse employees/customer service in the whole U.S.A.Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer, 40 oz$11.64/EAQty: 6Advice to anyone wanting to order at Wal-Mart. Don't order more then one item. If you do you will not get all your order, and Wal-Mart will not notify you that your order is incomplete. They are terrible. They need to get training from Amazon. I have ordered hundreds of times from Amazon; they have always sent me everything in my order.

Went in to buy a pair of Headphones on Easter Sunday. The display had them out of stock, but went and asked Chris for help and took the time and he was able to find them! Thank You to Chris in electronics for all your help!

While most things about this store drive me a tad crazy - just the amount of traffic and hassle it is there. Tonight I had a truly delightful experience. I forgot my phone charger on a quick overnight trip for mom appts to Lakeland and the women working in electronics not only directed me to the aisle she quickly helped me select the right one. Even reaching in from in front of another customer who had blocked the display with their cart for me. Thank you for making my life simpler - huge help after a long stressful day.
