I was in the phone with them and my insurance allll day.They kept saying that my insurance wasn’t going through because it was “secondary” . Well went to the Walmart pharmacy and the pharmacy tech was smart enough to do what she does, and was able to get my insurance cover my medicine. Once the primary rejects, she said you charge it to the secondary, she said not everyone knows how to do it. Apparently Walgreens doesn’t know what they’re doing. S

Picked up my prescription in the drive through. Employee put my credit card in an envelope and stapled the envelope to the prescription bag. The problem is she STAPLED MY CREDIT CARD… How do you do that? Now I’m trying to pull a staple out of my card and have to order a new one.

This Walgreens pharmacy is so unprofessional that it’s ridiculous. They cancelled my prescription order and refilled someone else’s and only gave me half of what I’m supposed to receive. Furthermore, they proceeded to han up on me THREE times when trying to ask for a pharmacist. And they made me pay a full amount for half of the prescription that my practitioner ordered. I do not recommend ever going to this pharmacy.

Showed up a few minutes early for my vaccination appointment at 12:15 today. There were no customers. I was told someone would be right with me, 10 minutes later told the same. After 20 minutes of waiting past my scheduled time still no one looked ready to help me. I had to leave as I had other places I needed to be on time. What is the point of making an appointment?

Had a prescription sent here by my doctor at 1230pm. My app says won't be ready until 730pm. I arrive at the location and waited on the long line of cars in front of me. Meds are for my diabetes so it was crucial to have them. I finally get up to the window and the woman rudely says we are closed , come back tomm midday. I said I need those meds , it's very important. Woman , thin build dark hair couldn't care less. She proceeded to close the window, I parked my car and went inside and walked up to the pharmacy and demanded to speak to the manager. 20 minutes goes by , nobody comes out. I ask again what's the delay if you are closed ? The young guy says ,sorry she went home ,come back tomorrow and we will have it ready.This is how you treat customers that require your services? The rudeness is beyond apprehension, as to say , we are closed go home.I called my doctor the next day and they were livid that they did not fill it and how I was treated.My primary doctor and myself are contacting Walgreens corporate office for a resolution to this disgusting treatment of a customer who required a medication! She should be FIRED and I will go to every length for disciplinary action against this ghoul. If this is how Walgreens treats their customers, I will find another pharmacy.

As soon as you walk in one the employees will welcome you to Walgreens. They're always willing to help you find anyting they have answers to any questions you ask and once you leave they say thank you for shopping at Walgreens

The new computer filling system creates numerous filling errors, along with charging more then required due to prescriptions being filled "too soon, in the monthly billing cycle".Even with a "co-pay card" registered to the account we have been over charged three times now.Walgreens "new idea" to save money by "early prescription refilling" is not worth your stress - go somewhere else !
