Walgreens has great associates who provide excellent service. The manager is knowledge, professional, kind, and helpful. Some employees, such as those in the pharmacy, go above and beyond to help customers. However, the pharmacy is often not stocked, and customers receive incorrect messages about their medications. The rewards system can be confusing. Despite some issues, Walgreens has employees who give fantastic customer service. Some customers find the store to be expensive, but the helpful associates make it a good place to shop. Overall, Walgreens has its strengths and weaknesses, but its employees are a major reason customers keep coming back.

Clean well stocked store.Cashier friendly and helpful.Pharmacy definitely needs more help,they were very busy. I believe there was only one tech and she was working the drive through non stop.After a good 10 to 15 minute wait for an OTC med kept behindthe counter,the pharmacist assisted me when he was able.
