“My visit today is worth a review! The employee Joshua was wonderful. He was on his own and was making sure he was helping everyone ar the same time buy somehow giving the personal time everyone needed with their questions. Not only was his worth ethic great he is clearly knowledgeable about all the product and gave me some really helpful tips that left me feeling confident and hopeful. He is definitely a rarity in customer service as I have lived in Florida for about 4 years and the customer service has been absolutely terrible. He definitely restored my faith in people today with his kind encouraging knowledgeable disposition. As a manager this guy definitely needs recognition for his worth ethic and definitely a raise. I will not buy from anywhere else anymore. This is my new store. Thank you Joshua.”

I explained my situation to the owner who told me he would have to convince me why something different was what I really needed. The product he was suggesting was double the price of what I went there for I told him I only had enough money for the cheaper one he said don't worry about that I want you to get the best product for what you need. He gave me the better product for half the price. This showed me how much he cared about what I needed and that I'd have the best outcome. He was not judgmental he explained how to use the product to have the best results. I'll never go anywhere else. He's my guy and this is my store. Thank you so so much.”
