Archie Snow sold me a new phone on 5/8/2024. He provided the most outstanding customer service, he was very patient, polite and basically did everything for my phone that I just had to walk out with everything on my phone completely done! Archie is an outstanding person who provides the best service at this store. Very grateful for this service and thankful your store is so close to my home. Thanks again Archie !

Went in for a phone upgrade. Chris was so helpful and took care of the entire process seamlessly. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with every question. It was a pleasure working with Chris and I will for certain be back to this Verizon store for any future phone needs.
