Terrible. Was told all kinds of lies at this store, told me combining lines with my husband would make our bill go up. Was about to switch to at&t and went to the store in Lakeside Village and it was the best verizon store I’ve never been in. Avoid this store if you can.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Don’t go here….or really any Verizon if you can help it. They’ll steal your money and your trade in and then conveniently not be able to help you. Especially the “manager” by the name of Aaron at this location. Just a bunch of crooks with no power to fix a single thing they do wrong.

Waited for 2 hours, workers don't care how long you wait verizon should do better for what they charged glad i moved all my lines to at&t and only left one with them. Wouldn't recommend this place

Beware! They’ll steal your phone and charge you for it! Took my trade in saying I could return my upgrade there. Now I was just charged full price as if I never turned it in! Multiple calls and no help. Been with Verizon over 20 years.

We had a wonderful young man work with us name I believe Greg, this young man walked me and my husband threw getting rid of our old phones and transferring everything to our new ones. We had questions about things that was happening with our phones and he showed us and was very understanding to us and as seniors we don't know all the new electronic. He was very good.
