Same here our mail doesn’t get delivered half the time or they put it in someone else’s mailbox and if there’s a vehicle parked away from our mailbox they don’t deliver if they can’t pull up to the mailbox they don’t deliver our mail but we having problems with people across the street parking not in front of our mailbox but away from it on the same side of the road just because they can’t drive up to the box they will not get out of the vehicle and put it in the mailbox they are a bunch of lazy idiots in my opinion

This post office is full of idiots. My mail keeps getting lost and not delivered (weird how I get the junk mail but not important mail) and the idiots at the post office just say “sorry nothing we can do, it goes on a conveyer belt and gets scanned in”. I am now missing a retirement check and a letter from the courthouse. They need to shut the location down and give it to another post office. These people can’t even tie their shoes.

Roy handled my huge mailing with ease and kindness after another employee obviously didn’t want to help me with. He was courteous and helpful and is an asset to this office! He needs a raise.

I do priority with them an it takes me almost 2 weeks for the package to reach and also when I go to get update on the tracking they didn't know where my package was an didn't see no tracking of it

They are always friendly and efficient at this location. The building is clean, updated, and well-maintained.

I had live chicks arrive to this office and would not have known except for obsessing over the tracking info on my own!! No call or anything despite the relatively extreme heat. Nobody answers the phone when called, forcing me to pack up two small children just to step in and *confirm* whether they have these chicks.

This post office has a phone number where you can actually talk to a human being. I called them trying to get someone to grab my package from Canada, that had bounced back and forth between Lakeland and Ybor City 11 times. The gentleman I spoke to said he thought it was going out on the truck, and he would try to get it. He put me on hold, and when he came back, he had it! The package was addressed correctly, but the barcode that they scan was the problem. He put it in a separate envelope and mailed it. I had it in 2 days. I can't thank this location enough.

Clerks are very thorough. I observed a clerk asking a customer if he had signed his passport papers in black ink /He wasn’t sure and after checking he found out he did not, and had to redo the form. I congratulate the clerk on an outstanding job – that’s what I call being efficient and very helpful!!

Have been standing in line for 25 minutes. One clerk on duty and 12 people waiting in line, getting longer all the time. Very inefficient and frustrating. Clerk not requesting help so have to assume no one to work.

Their automated phone system really sucks. I could never reach a live person to ask a question. I have to drive there.

If I could give this post office 5 zeros, that's what they'd get! I haven't received my mail/packages in TWO days! I live in a gated community and they have known about the gate being closed for weeks! Amazon, UPS and FedEx all get into our gated community with no problem. ?I went IN PERSON with a photo of where they need to enter the gate. It's laziness is what it is. She tells me "I got in today because I was able to follow someone in" Lazy! Instead of doing what they need to do properly, they're lazy. I want to know who the district manager is of this post office. And they wonder why they have a 2 star rating ☹️
