I set up an appointment to pick up a document from the Lakeland USPS, which is about 80 miles round trip from my house. The document never arrived. If I had gone to pick it up, I would’ve wasted a whole day. Thankfully, Dana at USPS made multiple attempts to warn me—by phone, even by text. I doubt he thinks much of it but to me that is going above and beyond. Appreciate it, Dana!

WORST post office on EARTH !!!!!!!
3months for a mail box key to be made ….i currently don’t have a key for my mailbox and my mail is been placed in the mailbox without. Key . Horrible , upsetting , this is the worst place ever !!! I will be taking this matter to higher ups because this cannot be !! A key cannot take 3m to be made that’s outrageous

Had a package I needed to sign for on Thursday I was home all day diligently watching the tracking status. Then the status went to attempted delivery and said I wasn't home to sign. LIE I was home all day and no one knocked or even attempted. I immediately called the service line who then rescheduled my package for today. Again home ALL day no delivery yet and it's 9:12pm. They are closed tmrw on sunday so now I have to wait until monday. unacceptable!

I can't believe how unprofessional the 2 workers were here on this day 3/18/24. They literally raised their voice and yelled at me. What world is that acceptable. I didn't raise my voice, I just didn't understand what was being explained. So getting louder but literally saying the same thing does not make someone understand. Are you children? Have absolutely no maturity or professionalism? I reported them to the customer service line and will not stop untill I get an apology. People using mail services such as myself, pay their salary.

I have expressed to this office time and time again that I am a travel nurse and don’t have anyone on hand to check my mailbox for me daily or weekly and need them to STOP placing my mailbox under vacant. They have never listened and the amount of important bills that I have missed, important letters etc due to this.

I don't usually post much, but today was a welcomed experience...I just received incredible customer service from Lakeland, Florida's, U.S. Postal Office at 2800 Lakeland Hills Blvd location (04Nov23)Ms. Maxine Rodriguez (Clerk #75, from my receipt) was absolutely stunning in providing me with all my options and quickly (and precisely) explaining the answers to my couple questions.Her professionalism and personal-care treatment is to be honored (and rewarded)!Bravo Ms. Maxine - THANK YOU!!!

“24 Hours” is not. They close at their convenience. Doesn’t work for us humans who work during business hours ? if you’re not gonna allow access to the machines 24 hours, then take them out of the building.
