One of the worst offices. Everyone who works here (Wendy and Michelle specifically) are rude, unhelpful and just generally unhappy people. You do not get a greet when you come to the counter whatsoever. You get a grimace and a "what do you want" attitude. I'm sorry if you hate your job, but don't make customers suffer because of it. Go to a different branch if you want to have a positive experience with the USPS.

Wendy asked me directly what I was mailing as opposed to asking the standard post office questions prior to. Didn’t like it. Made me uncomfortable and not to mention, there were other people in the office. It’s not their business or hers as long as it’s not perishable, hazardous, etc.
And she was curt when I didn’t give her full details. Again, not her business. Ask me what you’re required to ask me but don’t ask me that.

Figured I’d go ahead and post a recent review of this place. Dreadfully I have to come here every now and then to ship when UPS or FedEx isn’t a viable option, however, every time is the same. Lines out to the door while one associate is at the counter. Either their background checks for clerks are insane or they aren’t paying enough. Whatever the case, if you are in a crunch for time do not count on this place to save you any. Leave your house 30 minutes earlier than anticipated.

It is ashame the customer service this place renders. How can the postal worker decide to stop someone's mail who still lives in the house? The house next door moved! They then went on to say how they don't make mistakes. I asked for the carriers name "DAVE" declined to give the information. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who she is. She comes to the mailbox everyday. You have ruined Christmas for my child. All packages that are out of stock returned. You returned important clients claim information. You also returned credit cards and tag renewal. I will be consulting with an attorney because these things cannot be fixed. Rare items that are sold out I can't get for my child. And instead of taking ownership you come up with all the excuses as to why it could have happened. There is clearly a car in the yard. How does someone not know there is a person there! He said if mail piles up they can make your box vacant. So if I am on a 2 week cruise I will have a vacant box when I get back??You don't get to make that call.That is up to the owner or renter. And also to add as a manager if the line is going out the door you jump on a window and help your team mates. Instead you stand there with your arms folded doing NOTHING! This is horrible management by "Dave" as a observation on my behalf. DO BETTER DAVE.

BEWARE: They misdelivered my package and won't take any responsibility for it. They wont look into it as obviously I did not receive it. They keep saying item was delivered, IT WAS NOT. They put the lock box key in my mailbox and when I went to open the lock box, it was empty. How frustrating when I cant even re-buy what it is..and I am now out of my money for it.

I've had consistent postal service problems since moving to Lakeland. Both of my Lakeland homes have been associated with this post office. Outgoing mail (clearly visible in the mailbox) is often not picked up, sometimes sitting for 2 or 3 days before being collected. Mail delivery is unreliable - every company I order from can't be wrong re: shipping and delivery dates, so the local postal station is the logical culprit. I've never, never, had issues in any other place I've lived, both in and outside Florida.

I tried calling them and their automated phone system was the worst I have ever experienced. I shouldn’t have let it get to me so much but it probably gave me a stomach ulcer.
