The lady working the front desk was very helpful. She tried to look up a package that attempted to deliver earlier but she needed a supervisors help. She called for one and the supervisor came fairly quick. We explained that we needed the package that was attempted to deliver to repair our car. She looked up the info and went to contact the driver. The driver stared he would meet us and give us the package.
I have to say it's this kind of actions that show people love their jobs and want to just genuinely help people. I can't say thank you enough for them going above and beyond!

Always helpful staff with quick service. The counter is well supplied with needed forms and boxes. The parking lot is decent sized and free (most parking in this area costs). There are also a large number of PO boxes for rent of needed. No public bathrooms, but there is a bis station right across the street that has one.

I'm satisfied with this place, it's a thousand times better than the post office at 33805! Thank you, I like being served by the guy whose name I don't know but is always kind and quick makes my orders and letters quick. Thanks

Horrible customer service. Can’t get someone at local office to answer simple question like “who is my carrier?”

Lock their doors early, wouldn’t let the customers inside to leave before 1pm because we were trying to enter to drop off packages. I try to avoid this post office because they’re historically unfriendly but my local one is completely closed on Saturdays. The Lakeland Highlands and Dixieland offices are 5 stars. If you want shippers to use other services and lose typical USPS business to FedEx and UPS, they’re crushing it here.

The worst post office I ever seen they steal your Mail and act like you never had nothing come, then when you try to do a claim you have to go through the most just to tell the claim departments they never seen me come in, just close the whole place down and if I could have gave 9 stars I would

Packages coming from this post office always seem to have some kind of delay, and that wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the type of workers they employ here. Anytime you come up here to question about a package, they get combative and condescending while trying to dismiss you. It’s almost as if they get some kind of sick delight telling you that you have to wait extra days for your mail. I get post offices can get extremely busy, but people aren’t coming up there for picnics and we are already dealing with stress. No need to add additional stress with unwarranted attitudes.

Went to pick up my mail because my apartment complex is changing out our mailboxes, the clerk at the front desk was so rude and dismissive, I would not recommend this post office, they have terrible customer service here.

Horrible customer service most times I’m in there staff is really rude and disrespectful. Constantly Losing mail. I will be looking at canceling my P.O. Box soon
