Having a hard time getting my parts keep saying 2 more weeks not even an expensive order probably why. we'll since I have written this review I finally got confirmation my hood was done and they wanted another payment of almost the same as my hood to ship it I would look elsewhere for fiberglass terrible company to deal with I lost money with them just trying to get a product

Ordered a 75 to 79 2 inch cowl hood Dec 16 2022 have called them several times with no response sent emails they got the money in December I have got nothing not an email and no hood been over 6 months I am car has been painted except the hood what do you tell your customer when you have had there car for 6 months and don't have the hood. Makes my business look bad and it's not my fault thanks Norview Body Shop Norfolk Virginia

US Body Source has been in business since 1987, I personally have been with this Company for ten years and I promise you within that time period US Body Source has never cheated or scammed anyone out of a dime! and the Customer has always gotten a quality part. Our Parts are Guaranteed fit and Quality!.As far as Scott Thompson's Review, Not sure what this fella is up to, because I did not know that he had left a review stating that i was gonna give him anything with out paying for it???... Very questionable Insinuation, because He paid $229.00 for a 1973 to 1980 Chevy Truck Bumper, not $1600.00 for a One Piece Front End!.... Not getting anything here free by Bullying! A tactic lots of people have learned use with reviews sites like this. "Very Sad and Borderline Criminal Mentality"And as far as MrFifaForever13 hiding his or her real name so you really don't even know if they was a legitimate customer or not? ...We always let the Customer know and charge up front. Anytime we haven't Customers tend to forget who we are when the parts are completed, just like Mr Scott Thompson. Then we are stuck with the parts until we have another buyer several months later.If the Customer has nothing invested they usually don't think about it or have the courtesy to cancel or let you know they have found the parts elsewhere before the ordered part is completed.US Body Source is a Great Company. Had them make me a 2 inch cowl hood for our Ranger and it came well packaged and it was exactly the same dimensions as factory so it fit perfectly in stock location. Thanks Jim

Ordered and paid for a deck lid on 11/14/21. It's 1 yr later and still haven't received it. I recived 1phone call in May and Jim said a few more weeks.

Still waiting on the parts I paid for in Feb. I left a 1 star review before and Jim personally called me.The ONLY time I have ever been able to actually talk to someone. Gave me line of BS a mile long about how "they don't know how to check their email", "they don't know the password to their voicemail", "the owner lives in Jacksonville and hasn't set foot in the place in 5 years", "we always answer the phone" bla bla bla.Jim promised if I would remove the review he would have me a complete fiberglass front clip for my truck ready to pick up in 3 weeks. That was six months ago. They still have my money and haven't provided anything.Straight up thieves. Do NOT give them your money.

I will admit,based on some reviews,I was SKEPTICAL about buying from us body. After my experience that was WAY OVER THE TOP positive!! There is nothing but great things to say! I can't remember a company being on POINT like this one. I purchased a VEGA hood and it PERFECT!! JIM .MY MAN !! your the best. And always remember. Once you go ASIAN..no more CACAISION!!

I purchased a cowl hood directly from their website. The order was made in early/mid March and was told it wouldn’t be processed until payment went through. Payment went through on March 31st. After waiting for months I called them to see where my hood was and they told me turn around time was about 4-6 months due to covid. So after waiting and waiting I tried emailing Jim, which all my emails come back saying not delivered. Their Facebook won’t go through either. So the only way to get ahold of them is to call and on Oct.11 I did and was told it would be 2 more weeks to complete and 1 week to ship to me in Canada( as said by Jim). 4 weeks go by and they called me saying my order was done and wanted to confirm my shipping address. He then told me I needed a broker which I never knew went that ment as I never used one before so he told me he’d have their normal broker contact me. I then was emailed by the shipper asking for the brokers information which I don’t have and still can’t get ahold of them. It’s now late November and I still don’t have my hood for my truck. Completely unacceptable to be waiting 9 months for a hood. I’d strongly look elsewhere before ever spending the money again. Also keep in mind they don’t give any heads up before hand and waiting 8 months to tell me that my $750 CAD hood would cost $680 to ship plus $150 for a broker. Though since they only told me 8 months later it was either pay the $680 to ship it or lose my $750 and not get it. I’m strongly hoping it will be shipped to me soon and I pray the hood actually fits. Pretty sad it’s almost a year turn around time for a hood. Definitely shop around before ever considering ordering through US Body!

I have purchased multiple bodies from Jim and the gang at US Body. Every time I am stoked at the quality and craftsmanship they deliver. Not all fiberglass is created equal, when you go US BODY, your actually saving money and time in prep work after it pops out of the mold, as they take great care before shipping to make sure all is good and smooth.
