Very courteous and friendly staff. They remain calm when others in line are obviously anxious or downright rude as unfortunately is sometimes the case. I take my Amazon returns there and I am back with friendly smiles and quick service.

We came at a busy time, the line was halfway down the aisle. Before we left it way all the way from the 1 st register to the front door and 2 more people curled around by the mailboxes so they didn't have to wait outside in this heat. Anyway back to my counter experience...the gentleman brought out a cushioned chair for me to sit on while we waited because it was taking awhile to get the emails I sent to the store that I wanted printed. He noticed I was getting tired of standing up by holding on to the counter, it is very easy to tell I'm disabled just by looking at me. Plus it got me out of the way so he could keep waiting on that long line of customer's (it was ok...I worked retail for several years...keep the line moving as quickly as you can and always with a smile) he checked again if he received the email in-between each customer, but I think he was able to help clear out 3 for sure maybe the 4 th one too! Then when he printed out my pages it was only $3.21 to get 2 pages printed that I really needed. I thought that was good!

IPS SHOULD BE ASHAMED $3 TO PRINT 1 PIECE OF PAPER...I CALLED A DIFFERENT LOCATION THEY SAID 1$ UP TO 4 PAGES...SO Y THE DIFFERENCE? ROBBERY

Just don’t ship anything from here. If a package goes missing and UPS approves the claim, the manager and franchise owner will never ever get back to you

The price for shipping was below what I expected. The wait was short and the associate Brittany was very knowledgeable and friendly. The UPS Store also covers shipping insurance up to the first $100.00

We went here to get our marriage license notarized and they acted like they couldn’t do it and turned us away. We went to the other UPS on 98 behind twistee treat and they did it right there. I don’t know what’s up with this ups but they acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about when they were the ones that didn’t know what they were talking about. Please train your employees about the Florida marriage laws because they were so lost .

Earnestine the old woman that works there was so rude to me , all she had to do was notarize my papers , instead, she acted as if she was an attorney. She refused to help me. I will never come here ever again. The store is so small it was so hot in there, and it smelled they need air fresheners because the space is so small .The people were lined up, literally at the end of the door. I could not even get out. It was a ridiculous experience . Do not come here go to the other one .

I was planning to go to the post office but my pkg was not packaged correctly. The reps here are amazing totally helped me get my package shipment ready. Totally a one stop shop. Def process all my shipments here moving forward!

Do not bring Amazon returns to this location unless you want to pay undisclosed fees on free return items. this place will charge you for services without prior notice until after it is too late to decline service.
