Outstanding service! I came in with an Amazon return, and the young man at the counter went above and beyond to help me save money by reusing the original box my taillight came in. He packed everything up and handed me the receipt in seconds—quick, efficient, and all with a friendly smile.
I wish I’d caught his name, he’s definitely an asset to the business!

I have visited this location a few times in the last few days. Noah has exceptional customer service, always helpful and very knowledgeable. I truly believe he will make an excellent manager. He is always calm, works with speed and assists customers with their requests.

Package shipped from this store on 12/21/24 to leave building on 12/23/24. Per staff and receipt my package will arrive on 12/27/24. Package STILL has not reached destination. Just use USPS cheaper and package arrives when stated. Also do not try to use chat useless.

This wasn't the normal UPS location I go to & they keep trying to get me to use the self-service machine for prepaid labels. I would if the items show an immediate scan and they are moving in the same day. My clients need to see a scan right away, not days later. All delivery services offer that now. Keeps the lines down while in the store. Ok then it needs to be as good as going up to the counter. I would actually use the outside drop boxes and not even go in the store at all but forget that you won't see your packages scanned for days. Improve that entire situation and you would have hardly any lines. So please if you want me as a customer let me wait in line. Your store was very good at keeping it moving.

Unbelievable experience, I had over 200 pounds of equipment to ship and the three employees at the store spent over an hour and a half with me, figuring out how to box how to package and how to ship, they were beyond helpful and the best part was I never got an attitude from anyone they were always upbeat, cheerful, and more than willing to help I would recommend this location to anyone
