I have been taking packages for shipment to this store for almost 5 years. Took one this morning around 8:45. The Amazon instructions said not to package it, that they would do that at UPS. The young lady printed the label and I asked for receipt since I had a package lost at that store a few months back and neither UPS nor Amazon would help me with it, so I just lost $30 plus on an item that I trusted them to ship. She told me that all the packages go in one big container and are sent to a depot where they then get shipped to their proper place. She said if anyone lost it, it would be at the depot because it couldn't have happened in their store. I asked it she was saying that they can't make a mistake in her store and she said she didn't say that, but really she did. She then asked if I knew that this store was not really a UPS store but they just ship for UPS. I said, "well, it does say UPS on the front of the building." She said, we are a franchise and so you would need to contact UPS corporate for any complaints as we can't research anything here. She then told me that I should not bring any more packages there, that I should take them to Kohls. Then she through in "if you have a problem at Walmart do you talk to them or to the Sam's who owns them?" I said I would talk to Walmart. Actually, Sam's is owned by Walmart. I believe I will however, take her direction and not go back there.

Amazing customer service! The ladies are very sweet & efficient! I was struggle carrying my package and my baby in his car seat and Sarah went out of her way to open the door and assist me before I even entered the store! Best UPS in Florida!!! I highly recommend coming here!!

Stephan who handles the notary stamping here is a complete idiot who rides a high horse when it comes to stamping documents. Even when I was willing to comply with his standards, he was unwilling to certify my document. He would cut me off and treat me poorly. I went down the street to a sister store by the Publix and they took care of me on 10 minutes. No problem. The store manager did come and speak to me, she was very kind and breath of fresh air but Stephan was definitely riding a high horse and didn’t want to actually work with me on this. Avoid this store for notary services if you can.

Literal line to the door when I walked in. All three employees on couldn't have possibly been more helpful. Line went very quickly as they efficiently helped each customer. Better experience than a local competitor I stopped at where no one helped me.

I understand the self kiosk was put in for people who do not want to wait in line, but I do not want to use a self kiosk when there's no line and that is literally the employee's job. Ridiculous

Ms. Terrie was a blessing to me and my family during a difficult time. Ms. Terri - #4056, helped me design a memorial program for my dad's service. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. She kept me informed every step during the process from start to finish. She is awesome!!! The program was beautiful and my family loved them.

So I was in this store today at around 11:20am and right before it was my turn to get helped there were 2 extremely rude customers they were fussing and cussing and at one of the workers named lacy they cursed her out all because she was doing her job and they didn’t understand the process of how ups works because we don’t work they…How ever lacy and the other staff members handled the situation so well and very professionally lacy who was visibly upset kept her composure and still provided GREAT SERVICE TO THE REST OF US IN THE STORE THANK YOU LACY FOR THE HELP U GAVE AND TO YOUR TEAMMATES THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL IN A TENSE SITUATION ❤️❤️❤️
