Pkg was to be delivered today. Got an email stating that something is wrong with the address.(funny but it is the address I have been using for the last 10 yrs). When talking to the csr, they said it it was delivered. Then it was that they needed an access code. The gate is open from 6-6. If I could give lower than a 1, I would.

the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Wanted to speak to a real person about my delivery and could not. My package shows it was attempted to deliver twice and I was here both times and no one ever knocked on the door. This place has no right to be in business. I would give them a less that one star if possible.

I've lived in Auburndale for awhile now and they have always been kind, honest, & thorough. I haven't had any shipping problems, everything seems to get where it needs to go. It's almost like we're family. ?

do the drivers verify addresses? package expected yesterday was sent back to the shipper and tracking info said receiver refused it. Nobody ever came to my house yesterday and nobody attempted to contact me whatsoever. So apparently the driver went to the wrong house, or never even attempted to deliver the package. Why would a driver not verify the address? My address is clearly on the outside of my house by the porch.

This review is about this specific location. I had a critical package that had a delay. I was in tears when I saw the delay as the package had really important medication from my home health company.I arrived to the location 1 hour before closing and Robyn could see the pain in my eyes. She got permission from the supervisor to go into the truck and look with Hunter R. They spent about 45 minutes looking for my box and did not make me feel guilty.It was the most kind thing as I have never had a company listen and care and help the way they did.

Some jacka$$ put a different shipping on our package. It had the right delivery address on it. This incompetency cost us to have to drive an hour to pick up a check for $8,000 so we can pay the truckers in our company! UPS has really gone downhill and I'm debating on whether or not we should even use their company anymore! This is not the first time this has happened either! How strongly recommend FedEx for shipping important documents!!!!!

Don't even bother order form this carrier because it can't even be my address and computer system so slow and took forever to locate my package when I requested to pick from this spot
