Ulta is a store I often try to avoid, or else I’d spend unnecessary amounts of money.
This store is super well-stocked and always clean and a nice experience. They have SO much stuff here, for every kind of beauty and skincare preference you could really want.
Now, when they have sales or special deals it’s a great time to visit, and that’s usually what I do. Otherwise, things can be pretty pricey which is why I could never give 5 stars but it’s still pretty close.
I love that they also have a whole salon here too- not only can you buy your beauty products for at home, but you can get your hair or makeup done by a professional here if you really desire. I did one time for prom in high school and it was spendy but I was very happy with the final result.
If you need hair stuff like shampoo or conditioner, temporary coloring, a flat iron or blow dryer, they got you. If you want nail polish or stick ons, they got you. If you want sugar scrub, good smelling lotion or body butter, sunscreen or body wash, yep they have it. You can find just about every type of makeup item or tool you could want in an array of colors and brands it’s almost overwhelming. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what they have here. I love looking at all the products and really wanted a good coverage make up...the young girl didn't really give much help and as I shopped acted like I was gonna steal something..even followed me to the bathroom!! So I just left without purchasing anything.. ..made me feel unimportant...they just need better training

Angelica was wonderful! She helped my sister and I find some foundation that matcher our skin beautifully! She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and smelled fantastic.

Gian (I didn’t get the correct spelling of his name but that’s how it sounds) is literally so nice!! A lot of the time when i walk into ulta i feel skeptical and kind timid. I’m always a mess because well… I’ve run out of make up or im always looking for something new. No matter what question i had Gian answered with kindness and knowledge. When i got home and tested the product I realized he really did help me pick the perfect shades for my skin whether it was for my lip liner or setting powder. I will be back, and when i come back i hope to see him and get his help again. ✨

I had a great experience on Monday with Keion! Although what I wanted was out of stock, he stayed with me and help me pick out similar things that definitely matched what I was looking for. He definitely looks out for his customers!

I've been coming back to this location, specifically two young man named Keion and Chris have always been an extraordinary help. Keion is so kind and knowledgable about skin care and so patient every-time I come in his always willing to help. Chris also a great help with make up and caring. Pls pls, look for one of them if you're ever in the area, you won't regret it. Them two have all around great customer service and skill(s).

At previous Ulta locations I've always had tons of people offer to help. I was in this location for over 20 minutes, and have to hunt somebody down to help me.

This store likes to use other accounts and steal people’s rewards.
Live 3 states away and someone at the store allowed someone to use over $30.00 in rewards. Seems like they are running a shady Ulta in the Sunshine state.
