I bought windshield wiper refills for my Sienna and Corolla Hybrid and thought it came in a set. They resolved the issue quickly so I was able to at least get both the right and left side for the Corolla. I recommend working with them for buying any Toyota parts!

FRAUD AND SCAMMING PEOPLE!specifically ordered a part from LAKELAND TOYOTA for my Toyota in April, only to receive the broken part TWICE. Despite my efforts to inform them, the company dodged responsibility and blamed the shipping carrier. It's important to note that the part is made of hard plastic, not easily breakable, and it's implausible that neither Toyota nor the shipping carrier can handle its transportation between cities. After enduring 20 days of frustrating communication, they're now suggesting a refund without providing the replacement part. This is unacceptable behavior. It's clear they're profiting from faulty parts, using shipping carriers as SCAPEGOATS, and HARRASSING their customers.

Scammers. I placed an order #14219197 a month ago. Sending emails to them every couple days and never receiving any response. All I see is that my order is still getting ready to be shipped and on their website it says that they ship orders in 5-7 days. 100% ....itDont waste your time on it.UPD: And I'd like to clarify that I ordered just 4 little things, nothing special.Delivery speed: N/A (after 1 month)Customer service: N/A (they dont even know how to open an email)Parts condition: N/A (I hope I will know one day in my next life)

I ordered a replacement knob for my radio on my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I ordered what I thought was the right one but I was notified that the vin number led them to send a different one. I was thrilled when it fit perfectly. The shipping was quick and I received updates throughout the process. I will definitely order from here again!!

5 star service and parts. Best pricing for Toyota OEM parts with fast shipping and great customer service. I purchased motor mounts for my 2011 Camry and received them 4 days after I ordered them and that's from Florida to California. The parts were at least 50 dollars cheaper also. Customer service was also professional and courteous. I talked to a service representative named Chris who helped me with the right parts number on a other purchase.

Wish I could give 6 stars!! Spoke to Mr. MATT C, not only did he have the part, he got it to me in less than 24 hours. Transmission shift cable, could not find it in MD, DC or VA. Thanks, saved my old baby with the boom in the trunk. Peace
