I recently moved into these apartments and so far all has been well. It’s very clean and quiet and the management is great! Kinsley Helped me with my move and she was awesome , 10/10 communication super nice and helpful. Loving it so far

HIGHLY don’t recommend ,when I 1st signed my lease here I was given the wrong address on my lease agreement and got the lights cut on under that address just to find out I was paying another’s tenant light bills, the management also waited months later to charge me over 600$ from the date I moved in (October ) til February to add it to my account balance after I had just paid rent days before ,I then showed proof of everything and was told from them that they would fix it but they never did at the court house(they sued me) which put me in a stressful situation ,the manager over the apartment never once tried to help me instead he kept yelling out “go get a lawyer” (I recorded) after I gave them 3k in total not just that but they also took over a month to fix my air and the apartment was thrown together and had bugs..I hope whoever moves here have a better experience.

Beautiful place and all, but you really need to trim those trees out from in front of your building numbers so people can locate them without having to search and ask your residents which building is which.

In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve absolutely loved the property! Maintenance is very on top of any issues I’ve had with my apartment. Kinsley at the front desk was an amazing help in getting me situated into my new place - she is very on top of everything! Ivory at the front office has also been such a wonderful help. Great apartment complex!

The staff is so nice and helpful! Kinsley goes above and beyond to assist all residents in any way she can and she does a great job at keeping things in order! Very pleased with this property and the service the staff gives.

For "luxury" apts., they don't take much pride or enthusiasm to fix things that should work. BBQ grills, gates never work, and misc amenities included in the rent. It used to be better before new mngt. I was told it used to be more than collecting rent. They did activities for the kids. Etc
It's nice but too high rent compared to other apts (especially some up and coming ones).

Really enjoyed this complex! Staff was friendly. We had an issue with our garbage disposal, put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the next day with no other issues! If I’m being picky, the only downfall is the gym, could use an upgrade. Moved out of this complex due to leaving Lakeland all together, otherwise we would have resigned! Really enjoyed being in the plaza, the sidewalks are nice and I felt safe going for walks in the evening.

So far we have been very disappointed with this place. Constantly hearing the upstairs neighbor stomp around. Issues with plumbing. We had someone walk into our unit unexpectedly from staff. Not impressed for the price/luxury apartment.

Friendly and helpful staff! Maintenance always responds promptly, does a thorough job, and leaves everything the way they found it. Grounds are beautiful and you almost forget you're in an apartment community!

The leasing staff are extremely helpful and professional. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise and go above and beyond with helping you setup utilities through an app. This has been on of the best experiences in leasing an apartment that I’ve encountered from South Texas to South West Florida. The facilities are well maintained and very presentable. Being centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and major thoroughfares are a plus. Also the environment is pleasantly quiet for being so close to everything.
