“I went in today 9/29/23 for just an oil change on a car I've had for a week. The previous owners messed up the muffler system so bad that it was hanging on by wires and had fallen. I couldn't afford for them to put it back correctly and they said they'll try to secure it as best they could. It actually had fallen again and I called them and told them what had happened. They picked me up right away and helped take it off completely. I'm honestly so grateful for them and how kind they are. I highly recommend going to them for anything car related. 10 stars all of the way!!”

I was in an auto accident three days before I showed up to CARSTAR as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a nice lady behind the front desk. I told her why I was there and gave her my information from that moment, they took care of everything From calling my insurance company to setting up the rental car. It was flawless! The best part was when I showed back up to get my truck, It was cleaner then when I had dropped it off. Once they fixed My truck they detailed it inside and out. I never once felt uncomfortable only felt like they were here to help me. “CARSTAR Autobody Ressurection in Lakeland was an Excellent experience even through 2 hurricanes and some delays due to insurance processes. One of the body shops my insurance company offered me to get my car repaired, with the best reviews.
Everyone was very professional and on point and worked with the claims for the insurance.
I love that every step was explained to me upfront. They were helpful with me getting a rental vehicle through Enterprise and shuttle to the rental place. Update texts and calls telling where the progress of my 2019 Kia Forte was.
The final product was even better than before, I couldn’t even tell there was any damage to begin with. The Kia was cleaned, polished, vacuumed and everything was brand new!
They had Enterprise come pick up my rental from Car Star when the repairs were completed.
Refreshing to see a company take such pride in their work and customer service. Not only did our repairs look amazing, but they detailed our interior and exterior as well.

“I was in a gas station parking lot last night with a flat tire, with two of my friends trying to get the bolts off to put my spare on. A Lakeland wrecker truck pulled up to one of the gas pumps and Sean came out of his truck and over to us as he realized we were struggling. He offered to loosen the bolts for us, but then the next thing I know he was sitting on the ground changing my tire for me. My friends and I were very appreciative and offered if we could pay him or get him anything from the gas station inside and he politely declined. Sean then explained to me how to drive with a spare tire as I have never done so before. Very thankful that the Lakeland wrecker truck was at that same gas station as me last night or we would’ve had a long night! Sean was great!Service: Tire change”
