The experience was a great experience. I’ve never been to a place like this the only down is that the people upfront don’t really know much when you call so it was a little scary for my baby, but would I take my babies there again absolutely it was great very affordable when you get there they tell you everything but over the phone. I’m sorry but they know nothing. I wish they would tell more over the phone. They educate the girls, but other than that it’s a great place I would take my two babies there again so I took two of my babies there for check ups and shots and then my one baby for a surgery so that tells you all so yes my experience was a great experience, other than that one little hiccup so a great place I would love to go again thank you for your my experience there to anybody else try TLC it was really good. Thank you so much TLC pets I appreciate your services.

Took my senior dog today to get a professional opinion on her quality of life. Paid a $20 deposit and made the appointment online for 3:10pm. Earlier in the day, I received a call and spoke with someone from the office who called me to confirm the appointment and to ask me exactly what I wanted to do with the appointment. I explained my situation and wanted an honest, professional opinion of what they thought would be the best possible option. I loaded my 15 year old dog into my car so that she could get assessed. It was a waste of time. I arrived and they sent a vet tech out to be the middle man between the vet and I. My dog stayed in my car with my son for over 30 minutes while messages were conveyed back and forth via the young vet tech. It was rude and extremely unprofessional that the vet never even came out to speak to me herself, and used the vet tech to communicate back and forth. My dog was not assessed and the entire appointment could have just taken place over the phone. Instead of me having to take off of work early, pull my son out of school early and drive 30 minutes to an appointment that was not properly attended to. Also, I was the only one in the building, so it wasn’t an issue of being busy. I’m very disappointed in how this appointment was handled, especially when this is something so delicate for a dog owner who considers their dog a part of their family.

I can’t say enough about this place I’m a foster cat and kitten mom to SPCA but I’ve taken in several cats that the house we rented from just happened to have them all on our street but whoever lived here before left this beautiful cat and she kept having babies, and during the first hurricane there is no way I could leave them outside, so the first two that I took to you guys Gracie and Jack, they are doing so well no more spraying no more aggression and I just need to get Tyler in. He’s the third brother and I also need to get the two girls in they're also from the same family the mother and Same father and unfortunately we weren't going to take any more cats in but raccoons had started eating their families and unfortunately the mom passed and so did the dad trying to defend their young and all but the two that survived which are two girls Lila and Levi they’re about five or six months old and I put my placement in back in June and I believe August was when I got the first two operated on so I’ll give you guys a call I’m not sure how busy you are but I’d love to get them in as soon as possible and I’m not sure if you’re doing any discounts for people who are on food, stamps or disability I saw it was on your website a little bit ago but I know you were just getting set up so I figured I'd ask, but I can’t say nothing but amazing things about you guys. They were completely healed Happy and back to their normal selves that night when I picked him up that afternoon, you all are amazing and I will be going to you for all our pet health needs. thank you thank you thank you it even better! Oh also any help needed? I’m going into veterinary school and I didn’t know if there was anything that I may be able to do. In the meantime to get more experience in the field while I was going to school. Animals are my life and I know it’s probably not appropriate to put on here but I’m hoping to open a 401(k) 3, one day for all feral cats and kittens and all unwanted cats and kittens, that will be on the same acreage that I live on but anyone will be able to come and volunteer even people that need community service hours because everyone needs a second chance and why not with ? Animals are always forgotten about especially the feral ones and I believe we can change that very easily one by one like TLC PET SNIP???? ✌️??

Have called and left messages with my phone number 3 or more times in the past 2 months. NONE have been returned. Left a message on their FaceBook page and again NO reply. Seems that they were helpful before they upgraded their facilities. But now we'll I am left to assume that they just don't have time for people trying to reduce the feral community and prefer to only rub noses with elite customers.

They charge you a $20 per pet to hold the "appointment " and then make you wait 1+hour long to take your pet back. Have used them for 10+ years but sadly we will take our business elsewhere. The front desk staff couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Tell you it's an hour and oh well.

I went today after 10 months and I was very surprised and very satisfied with the new group of professionals working there. It is completely different now, the supervisor and the staff are the most supportive, knowledgeable and caring people this place ever had. It was about time. Thank you so much for this big change!!! It really made a difference.

As a customer you never speak to a vet. You are forced to speak to the aid and she goes and ask the vet. They claim they can't do the heartworm test because the pet is "hyper" and ask you to give your small puppy medication to calm the puppy.
