i had an amazing experience at this location thanks to kaiya! she noticed me wandering aimlessly around the children’s section (unbeknownst to me) holding shorts that ended up not even making it past my lower thighs when trying them on, and took pity on my poor helpless soul by offering her assistance. rather than simply showing me the size chart after seeing how hopelessly clueless i was, she helped me pick out multiple pairs of jeans in various sizes to help me figure out which one fit me best. she also helped me explore different styles that i was unfamiliar with, which helped me leave with the perfect pair of jeans that i never would’ve tried without her help! very happy with my experience there today, and her name is neat as well.

I am in a wheelchair can’t get through the store is cluster. All the stuff on the racks in the middle of the store is un called for. Have a rack in the back for Clarence. I can’t get through. It’s crazy. I asked the girl in the front. to help me. She was lazy rude. She then said buy online! Her named tag was not on of course. I told her bc I can’t get through. To buy any thing she did not care!
