Very rude girl answering the phone. Interrupts and not interested in providing any kind of customer service.- - -“Hello,Sorry about your inconvenience. Our staff member did try to assist you with your lost package. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with the package tracking for shipments that are not done thru our store so as a result, our staff member provided you details for who to reach out to for better assistance before you hung up. Have a blessed day!”Well no, she didn’t. She cut me off and threw a phone number at me (which was even less help with the A.I. “service” representative that kept trying to shove me off onto the even less helpful website). If she had let me finish, I would’ve given her an opportunity to assist with my issue. Suffice to say, I’ll try my best not to do burden UPS in the future with my money.I’ll attach a visual to demonstrate what kind of product people can expect from UPS.- - -“Unfortunately, the UPS Store does not have the same level of access as UPS Corporate to check the detailed status of a package unless it was shipped directly from our location. Since the package you are expecting was not shipped from our store, we can only view the same tracking details that you have. Consequently, we are unable to provide further assistance. Therefore, our staff member provided you with the corporate contact number, which, although it may be difficult to reach someone, is the best way we can assist with any shipping not done through our store. Additionally, you may contact the person or company that shipped the package to initiate an investigation.”While you managed to respond twice without acknowledging the thing your store is responsible for, you have demonstrated the ability to explain things in text format.You & your employees should attend one of those training seminars where they teach you how to do that verbally. Then you wouldn’t have to endure bad reviews from former customers.

I walked in and Manny took care of me right away. I drove over to this location because the guy at the plant city location is so nasty and rude. Definitely recommend this location and well worth the extra time to be treated like a human lol. Thanks so Much Manny.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the UPS Store. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all my shipping needs were met efficiently and with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my package arrived safely and on time. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable shipping and outstanding customer service.

Poor customer service here and it’s typical of the staff except the older white guy. If it’s not the small white female employee throwing attitude then it’s the middle eastern guy just incredibly rude. I explained we always have an issue here returning stuff - that’s only this store, he told me to go somewhere else then. Gladly will avoid this store, what a joke. Comically bad attitude from the associates here.

I frequently visit this UPS throughout every week and so far this location has given me the BEST service. Not only are they very knowledgeable, but the staff is extremely friendly, the store is always clean, and the service is fast!

Love having a knowledgeable and kind UPS store near my house! Everyone is always so kind and friendly, but I have to give a shout out to Samantha, she is a DELIGHT! She was so patient with me and shipped my package out to my mom fast! I wish there were more people in the world like her, and I wish more people had patience with these hard workers! <3

I’m so grateful to have a UPS to my grocery store, minutes from my house. I place a lot of orders from Amazon, I have many returns. I’m always greeted with a smile from Sami, she’s so helpful and pleasant.She always makes my returns easy, talk about customer service!
