Love this location!
I went in just a few days before Christmas and there was no line. The woman providing service was friendly and the process was quick. I paid for a package of Christmas gifts to be delivered out of state but didn’t want the premium price of getting them there by Christmas so I settled for the end of the week. To my surprise, the package arrived Christmas Eve and gifts were able to be opened Christmas morning.
This will be my go-to location for shipping.

Store manager Manish is wonderful his customer services is nothing like the plant city store. He went above and beyond to help me send out my packages so my grand daughter recived Christmas gifts on time.

Date 11/23/2024 I just left from up there and the service was unpleasant the guy was working didn't want to help me at all it was really uncomfortable I feel like I was distrimanated agents.

I brought two items here. One was in the original box but not taped up and the other was a small box but not a shipping box. She said she couldn’t help me unless the items were shipping ready when I brought them up there or she would have to charge me for the packing. I left but within a few minutes I came back with the money to pay for the shipping. She then said she couldn’t help me. I offered to pay for the shipping she denied me saying that if the box opened I wouldn’t get my refund for the product I was shipping back and as I left she said she was sorry and for me to stay beautiful. I went a few miles down the road to a different UPS and what do you know. They took my items without question. When I asked if I needed to pay to box up the items they said no. They didn’t have any issues. This store is just lazy and don’t want to help out when someone is needing the help. I will not go back here and recommend anyone else.

Went to process a return where no box or label was required. Associate told me I needed a box. I said I had just opened it and left the box at home. I had to go all the way home to get the box that I stated has been opened and she now tells me I need to pay $2 to tape the box. I have used this store since they have opened and never had a problem making a return. Manny the manager did nothing either.
Terrible customer service and complete waste of my time. Will never go back here again

It never fails that when I take my Amazon return packages to this store I get the worst customer service. First I thought it was just the gentleman I was dealing with was grumpy and older now I'm realizing it's the whole store. I had two very large packages that were extremely heavy and I am disabled. They refused to help me get them from the car into the store and simply pointed at a rickety cart in the corner. When I got them in the return label said two boxes yeah the girl at the counter refused to take one label for two boxes as Amazon printed. She refused to help me in any way and I could not take those two packages back out of the store. I may have just lost $250 over these packages but I simply could not pick them up again. I don't understand why these days customer service is so hard to find. What happened to wanting to help the customer. We don't even open the doors for people anymore. It's not just young people, it's all people who have lost the idea of good customer service and just plain old kindness. I am so disappointed yet I have to continue to use the store as it is the only one between my job and my house. Ups, if you are reading this please teach your employees how to be more helpful to the customers. Especially to those who beg for help
