Kierstein and Tekedra were amazing! They helped us resolve a reservation mistake Chase made when booking with points. They were incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding. Great hotel and great people!

This is a fantastic boutique hotel right in the center of Lakeland within walking distance to a number of great restaurants.
The front desk was unable to locate my reservation at check in, but I quickly realized it was my error incorrectly booking the previous night. They were extremely kind and helpful and located a room for me, and told me to reach out to the AGM Jeremy Turner to see if he could refund the no show charge of $229.
I sent an email to Jeremy, and he promptly refunded the charge and thanked me for my business.
I visit this area often and look forward to futures stays!

They have made some great repairs compared to the last time we stayed
Nearby activities: You can walk around Lake Mirror, walk to Axe Caliber or Rec Room.
Walkability: Nice area to walk around and see the art/statues they have on display
Food & drinks: You can walk to Fresco's, Black & Brew, Harry's Seafood, Texas Cattle Company or The Joinery.

Hubby and I had our 39th Anniversary Dinner here. To say that the food was delicious is an understatement. Our server Rena was great helping us choose a complimenting wine with our meal. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and helped make our evening memorable!

I was in town for a wedding and a good friend suggested the terrace restaurant. The food was good but the service my sister and I received was top notch! Rena was so attentive and helpful from the food selection, to ideas on what to do in town, she provided us with a level of concierge service I was not expecting!

We booked my grandmother here for a week so she'd be closer to us.. we had small hiccups, but Ngozi, Norma and Kayla were GREAT. Ngozi went above and beyond to check on her and also to ensure she was well received.
The location was perfect for her as she was able to spend her time outdoors, in the local parks and at the Saturday market; PERFECT Setting for her 1st 4th of July in Lakeland! Definitely recommend.

We were very blessed to stay at the Terrace on the 3rd for the fireworks. My friend, his family, and I were treated like royalty ?.
Treat yourself and stay a night or more!
I have had really horrendous experiences at The Doubletree by Hilton @seaworld and was incredibly pleased by the management and friendly staff at the Terrace by Hilton

We only stayed one night but it was an excellent experience overall. Everyone was very friendly, room was beautiful, perfect location to walk to restaurants and the valets Dave S and Johnny were fantastic!
We would definitely stay here again.

Alvaro, Jeremy, and Norma and all other team members at this location were incredible. The service, kindness and attention to detail was evident from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We were only here for a night but have plans to return.

Our second time staying here and we love it! The restaurant is great for brunch. Dave from valet was awesome! He is always helpful and we remember him from last year when we stayed! Great service and happy and always smiling! The best and you don’t see that just anywhere!

I'm writing this review to comment on the great customer service experience I had. I extended my stay for an important work trip. When booking the extra nights, I didn't know the room rate would be so much higher than the first couple of nights. There's no way my work would have paid for this. I contacted the front office and spoke to Jeremy, the Hotel Manager. He didn't hesitate a bit to correct the room rate for me. Such a pleasant experience and what will keep me coming back to this hotel... besides the amazing food, drinks & location!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Service from valet to check out was exemplary. My room was on the 8th floor and felt more like a guest room in a home instead of a hotel room. The bed was super comfortable, with lovely duvet covers and terrific views. The hotel has a restaurant on site and two bars. Yes, you can probably find a more inexpensive option, but I appreciate the convenience, especially when it's a work trip. I had breakfast and dinner. I enjoyed both meals and had a drink on the outside patio that is directly across from a lake. Throw in complimentary cookies, treats, and coffee in the lobby, I was hooked!
