I lived there for two years! I rented when it was first built and COVID was going on still. Lisa gave us a virtual tour. Everyone at the office was amazing. Maintenance team was awesome too. I was at first floor with a gorgeous view of the lake. They always kept the area's clean and well maintained. I left because I bought my own house. But I still miss it.

We have been shore residence for going on three years, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The amenities are incredible and the staff is top-notch. If you’re looking for great housing in North, Lakeland, look no further.

I've lived in the shore since it was first built, I am one of the first original renters, and I've never had a problem. Staff has always been quick, responsive, and nice. The community always looks great, pool is always clean, gym is always nicely kept, and the food truck visits are a nice plus as well. Only thing I would knock is the valet trash, and it might just be because I'm on the 3rd floor, but there is a specific scheduled days the trash gets picked up on, but it never seemed consistent. For me, it didn't get picked up for about 3-4 days so I went to put another trash bag out, but I already had one in my bin so I put it on top. I did get a notice about this, and haven't done it since, but it is kind of inconvenient that I pay for valet trash every month, but the same bag can sit in my trash bin for days and I can see the trash guy picking up bags, yet sometimes gets mine but sometimes doesn't. I have a family member who lives in the apartments across the street, and I can genuinely say the price you pay at the shore for what you get compared to over there is significantly better. I've enjoyed my time at the shore since day 1. I've had no problems, Ethan has been great every time I've contacted him.

Just so you know, the smaller a dog is, the active it is inside the apartment and the more it will need to do their business. So when you rent an apartment at "Shore Luxury" know that the chances that a dog does it's business inside the apartment is higher. Also, if you live in a first and second floor, the chances that you will hear a dog running around is also higher. That is the problem when management, in an ignorant attempt to control pets, make the decision to limit a dog's weight to 40 lbs. So, no Goldens, No Labradors, No Dalmatians, no Boxers, No Bulldogs...dogs that are very popular with families. It's almost like "Shore Luxury" does not want families.

I rate this experience 0/10. The only nice person was Ethan. Christie is rude as hell and never wants to help with anything! Our deposit was $300 and they are only mailing us back $9.00. Christie charged me for a shower head that maintenance took then made it seem like I was tripping for no reason. They charged a cleaning fee when they gotta clean the apartment anyways for the next tenant. They also charge a carpet cleaning fee of $85. I’m so glad I don’t live there anymore!!!!! Christie you are terrible at your job. Salopri sal ! Bouzin santi!

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand! I applied and reached out to them to see if I could add a co-signer or pay a higher deposit for approval. They never responded or reached out to me. 250 bucks down the drain!!!

These apartments are perfect for people who want a nice, secure, place to live with low maintenance. It has a really nice pool and is surrounded by nature. A little pricey but not for ppl moving here from out of town.

Beautiful community but there are alot of children playing in the parking lots of footballs and basketballs. I visited my family for 3 days and they towed my car because it was ugly. I had to pay over 300 to get my ugly car back, office staff said it was an eye sore.

If I could give negative stars I would …I lived at the shore for 2 years and it’s hard to say anything good or decent. It never felt like home and the only people that were actually kind to me were the maintenance men. I do NOT recommend living here. You get fined for every single thing you do, they will try to squeeze as much money as they can from you. You are treated as an inmate instead of this being your home which you pay for. They were so nice until I signed the lease after that it went downhill very fast. They treated me as if they were doing me a favor letting me live there like I was beneath them when the residents are the ones that pay their salary? That doesn’t add up. Nothing added up while living there. The management is very argumentative and rude. I was a good tenant but the management always tried to find something wrong. I did not try to have any issues. I wanted to live in peace in my “home” but unfortunately that never happened. Also, Good luck getting your deposit back at all especially in a timely matter. I cannot stress enough, although they look beautiful the people that run these apartments are awful. I have had the chance to experience how you should be treated in the place you live and let me tell you the shore is not it. They are entitled and rude and I HIGHLY do not recommend the shore “luxury” apartment homes. Also, don’t bother asking for corporate because they “don’t have one.”

They ignored me for three days and blamed it on the hurricane when other apartments had no issues communicating with me. They then denied my application bc of "rental history" despite the fact I make 5,000 a month. They didn't even offer a higher deposit or a co-signer to get me approved. After reading these reviews I'm glad I wasn't accepted to live here. Oh and fyi the app fee is 200 bucks and you do not get that money back if denied!!!

After being at the Shore Luxury Apartments for the past two years, I regret everyday that I stayed at the Shore . There isn’t NOTHING luxury about this complex from the unprofessional treatment from the property director to the structure of the apartment. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service as a resident. Christie has displayed being rude via email and in person. I would not recommend staying at The Shore Luxury to deal with this the unfair treatment and unluxury living standards. No resident should have to deal with this. With the rent increasing hundreds of dollars each renewal period doesn’t make any sense. It started from 995 and is almost 1600 within a matter of 2 years. All of this just for a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment that feels like a box. Christie does nothing to keep her residents and has very little sympathy for residents. Hopefully they get a new property director to fix the issues at this apartment

Moved in a month ago. Everything was exactly what was expected to be of the property. Very quite complex and meet some cool neighbors as well. Love the security of the complex as well. Leasing agent is very sweet. Lisa is great to talk to and understanding as wellUpdate: after being here for over a year now, I regret everyday that I renewed my lease to live here. There is NOTHING luxury about this complex from the unprofessional treatment from the property director to the structure of the apartment. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service as a resident. Christie has displayed being rude via email and in person. I will not be staying here another year to deal with this kind of treatment. No resident should have to deal with this.

Honestly, this was a great place to live. I enjoyed the property, the staff never bothered me and I never had a single issue with my neighbors. Everyone was very respectful. I road out Hurricane Ian here and everything held up perfectly. No issues what so ever. Ethan was more than a pleasure to work with and he assisted me with anything I ever needed. I am giving 3 stars because I did have a issue with maintenance entering my unit when I had a issue with the A/C. I told the guy I wanted them to come back when I was home but instead they let them selves in, did the work, and then left my unit unlocked and the door cracked open for hours. Lucky I had honest neighbors who never bothered anything. They do hide fees and extra bs when you apply and they will charge YOU $88 for cleaning when you move out despite you cleaning the unit when you move. That irritated me greatly. Therefore only 3-stars.

My husband went to check out this location , which was beautiful. Unfortunately, the office staff was rude and unprofessional and lacking customer service skills. Would rather live in an older community with better office staff.
