The Ruthvens are amazing! I have rented from them for 4 1/2 years. I couldn't be happier. They are honest, fair, professional, straight shooters who are responsive to any issues. If you have any retail or warehouse needs, I highly recommend them.

Truly the Ruthvens care about their tenants. Really have helped me in so many ways since I started my business recently.
Their story is “if the tenants do well, we will too” and they live that out.
They even allow you to break your lease if you move into another unit of theirs. The Ruthvens are Lakeland.
