Thanks Melly and Jennifer. This place was our first home in America. We really enjoyed living at The lodge at Woodlake Apartments. The street is always clean and well-kept. If something breaks, the staff will fix it immediately. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much for being part of your community.

This complex has mold, water damage, and the washer/dryers steal your money. I had a year lease and when I went to move out they took my entire deposit. Heres what they charged: a $100 for “paint” when there really wasn't anything to paint; a cleaning fee of $260 AND a carpet cleaning fee (i thought the carpet WAS part of the unit…?). Just so youre aware they charged for professional carpet cleaning claiming if i had “receipts” of what i paid to get it cleaned they would give my money back however it doesnt say ANYWHERE in the lease that you must have the carpet professionally cleaned before move our or youll pay a fee…pretty sure thats stealing money. Dont delete my review this time because its honest

Wow is all I can say! This Place is Amazing, Staff is Great- Jenn, Mely were Pleasant and friendly, very welcoming. Came to view place and instantly signed a lease!!! Everything you could possibly need is avail on-site or very local! Our family Absolutely Love it here!

Our air conditioning went out over the weekend and yoni was so nice to come out and check what was wrong for us even when he didn’t have to due to it being under 80 degrees outside.
We left our windows open all weekend until the part that was needed arrived the following business day, which given the holidays came faster then i expected . Alex put it in immediately when it arrived and with it getting colder these next few days we have heat or air which ever it is we may need thanks to yoni and Alex’s efficiency! Best maintenance ever! ?

Absolutely love the staff here at the lodge. My neighbor had a leak from my bath upstairs. The maintenance came up to my apartment to check out the issue. He was able to fix the issue as well as fix my clogged sink and within minutes of reporting it. I turned my kitchen light on to help him see better but the bulbs were taking a minute to turn on as they are fluorescent so he replaced those and now they work perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live or better people to take care of the property. Amazing job and amazing people!!!

Maintenance and lease office staff are excellent and always available to answer questions or solve problems. Maintenance especially is A+++ and you can really tell that they care about the property and the tenants as they are always prompt and professional when a ticket is submitted. Price is a bit high for the apartment but everything else is great!
