Not one human was on the registers with twenty people in line , finally they pinned us over and a human opened a register . What a crock of bull shittokee . The selection was ok though willing down , I tell ya the early bird gets the worm~ the value is good I got a coupon in the mail and I always save 5% , it adds up quickly

This Target is very clean and well organized. It has a Starbucks inside and offers Pizza Hut pizza and other snacks for self checkout. I also come here to pick up my CVS prescriptions. There is only a small grocery section, as this is not a Super Target. There is no deli or bakery. But, there is still quite a selection of grocery items. Compared to the local Walmart, this Target is much nicer and cleaner, but does not have as great a selection.

Self checkout line is always too long, the people in charge of fixing issues at the self checkout get overwhelmed with the amount of people and run away to the back, thank god there's a south Lakeland target because this one should get shut down:

Target is consistent in having certain items that I need. Our dog food being one of them. So when we get to the point that I need to run for dog food, I always try to plan a trip to Target.

I order from this target constantly because it is the closest one to me, also because I absolutely hate going inside. This target always has the longest lines because there's only 1 person on the register and 4 self checkouts. Today I had to go into the store to exchange something and it was the most frustrating experience. I waited in the customer service line while two cashier were helping other customers. One was helping a lady do a return for an item that she didn't have a receipt for and the other was doing a regular return. After the second cashier finished doing the return, she left the register to tell people in the self check out line that a register was open. This lady clearly saw that the guest service line was growing and we were waiting for over 15 minutes but she decided not to help. Since the lady was occupied with watching people and the other guest service cashier struggle.. I then started to tell people that were in the other line that the self check out registers were opening up. so essentially doing part of her job. She didn't seem amused but she also didn't help with doing anything else for anyone else.. Overall... customer service is definitely going downhill...

Very rude employees. I had a question about a gift card and the employee rolled her eyes at me. She wasn't with any other person..she wasn't on her phone. She was just standing there watching the self check registers ..which is where o was and need help. Thanks for nothing
