I have left good reviews here in the past. I like the convenience and the staff but I can't let this go unsaid because I see older people rely on take 5. Many ppl feel ok I just had my oil changed, air filter other fluids checked etc. They don't think to pop the hood. On my last visit I went right across the street because I was told I was all coolant instead of 50/50. I wanted to check the bottle in the trunk as I know I had bought a 50/50 mix. Sure enough I had the right coolant. I then proceeded to open my hood when I realized the coolant cap was never replaced so I replaced it and also the oil dipstick was not pushed all the way down which was making oil splash all over the engine. I tightened it and wiped it down with paper towels but suppose I had not checked. I'm sure the coolant cap would have eventually fallen from the corner of the hood where it was left and oil would have continued to spew out. Please be careful to remind the techs that the finished product is what builds a repeat client. And you definitely pay what a dealership charges, you are just avoiding the dealership wait. That's why I rely on take 5. I don't care for jiffy lube but please remember to replace everything properly. Other then that the manager came to say hello, I used a coupon. It was not a bad experience because I went right across the 98 and made sure everything was tight and please look at my reviews of other places. I typically review at 4 to 5 stars so it saddens me to leave a 2 star. And I see many 4 to 5 star reviews on this company so I'm just perplexed. Like is it just being done to me because this was the 2nd time the dipstick was not pushed all the way down, leaving the car to spew oil SMH

Not the cheapest place to get your oil changed but it's quick and the staff are super nice.

I just want to say the take 5 family is so amazing they have been such a blessing to me and my family as we battle the aftermath of hurricane Milton all I can say is thank you guys so much for everything you have done and continue doing for me and mine you are definitely a blessing and are so appreciated by us

Everyone was phenomenal. Very nice and helpful and explained everything. Zero complaints there. Having seen the commercials I thought it was strictly oil change. That’s why I went. I didn’t want the upsell. I hate that part of it. However, I do not know if it’s policy or they just were out but the only oil change services they provided were over a hundred dollars. Maybe I’m getting old but oil changes even a few years ago were under $50 at Jiffy Lube. Is inflation that bad? I do believe I will change my own oil from here on out.

The staff here were very professional and courteous. We were in and out pretty quickly. I would have given them a 5 star but for the overprice on the air filters replaced. The cabin filter we were charged $50 for a $20 filter. Other than that they were great.

My only problem with the store and I always use the store ever since 2016 is the fact that the price has went from 60 last year now to 89 almost $90 for an oil change
