When to the store to return the old equipment because I just ap grade . First bad customer service, The employee looks like the did not want to work . The lady that was next to me tell me se was there for 1hour waiting to return equipment. And when was my turn the ask for my Id , ok forgot that my id was at the house the did not want to receive it with. I don’t know how the ask for it customer more the 17 years for that she didn’t even what to seen a foto of my Id ….

My representative, Darby was amazing. When I walked up she had a smile on her face and welcomed me like she was happy to be there and genuinely wanted to help. Was so pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I went in there highly upset due to my issues, but dealing with her calmed me down and she was able to fix it in a timely manner. Even if she wasn’t able to fix my issues I still would have walked out of there knowing she did her best to get the job done..Will be returning to her next time I have to go in, wonderful customer service!!

I had an appointment for a new phone on October 18th at 4:20. I was called up almost immediately by Ms. Darby, my representative, who was extremely helpful and professional. I am older and have trouble with electronics, but she put me at ease and made sure everything was transferred over to my new phone. She explained everything as we got set up and was such a delight to work with. This was by far my favorite experience with Spectrum! Thank you Ms.Darby!

So thankful for our agent Darby who was so friendly and helpful. She was so patient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't say the same about one other agent there but luckily we were attended by Darby who knew exactly how to provide us excellent customer and took care of our concerns. A definite asset to the company and establishment. Thanks again ?

Giving a honest opinion here i love the phone service best deal every but i under stand that there was a hurricane and its been day 2 and i have not seen a truck to fix are line and they still have a ling hanging over the road they someone said they are still doing business i feel like they should have crews doing business and houses i will be switching my cable company they were not prepared for this hurricane and all the other cable companies had business and residents done in a day because they were prepared

Very Bad service they make you sign in in a tablet and they ask you what's the purpose of the visit and when I click to cancel the subscription they give you a turn and when is your turn like after an hour of waiting they tell you that to cancel the subscription you have to call a number they don't do it in the store that sucks they don't care

The service is extremely slow. Waited an 1 hr and 15 minutes just for a 2 minute service. At one point, only 1 person was available to help and there were 11 people in the que. They need to do better..
