Twice in just a few short months, THREE dogs have escaped from their facility. One of those I personally found one that was making its way towards Florida Ave when i was my way to a nearby gym. Then another was reported to have escaped and found deceased. Now, they currently have one that is reported missing, and the owners are asking for help via lost and found pets on facebook. It's absolutely ridiculous that pups escaping is a regular occurrence for a pet boarding and daycare facility. That screams unsupervised outside play and an unsafe, unsecured facility.Do better or pass off the reins to someone that will!!

I was charged an extra $10 fee for a Sunday pickup even though it wasn't stated in my contract. Never informed by phone when I made the reservation or when I dropped my dog off. After reviewing my contract I asked for a refund of the extra charge and was told they couldn't because then they would have to refund everyone and that it was stated on the website. My dog's bedding smelled like urine and Hannah said they couldn't go out because it was raining. Asked for the owner, Tram, to call me but instead she bashed me on social media Tuesday at 9pm. According to social media this has been going on for years. A simple "you're right, it's not in the contract, we will refund the $10 and correct our contract for the future" would have been nice. Today is Thursday and I still haven't heard from Tram and don't want to. At this point I am very concerned about how my pet was taken care of.

We love Southern Paws to board our dogs. They are always so friendly and send us pictures everyday of our babies. Any question that I have, they answer immediately and take such good care of our dogs.

I spoke by phone to ask the price for 1 night, Saturday with pickup on Sunday afternoon and was quoted $35. Pickup had to be between 4 & 5pm. When I picked my dog up they said I owed $45. Ten dollars extra for a Sunday pickup.I said I wasn't advised that and Hannah said it was in the contract. I figured I missed that and paid the $45, Monday after checking my contract I called and asked to speak to the owner. Hannah said she wasn't in yet but she would message her and I should receive a call right away. After waiting 4 hours I called again. I asked Hannah to tell me where in the contract did in mention the $10 charge because I didn't see it. She said it didn't but was on their website. I asked her to honor the contract and she said she couldn't because then she would have to refund everyones. I mentioned that my dogs bedding smelled like urine and she replied that it was raining Saturday night so the dogs didn't go out! The owner, Tram never called me so I posted a review. Instead of calling she replied to my post/review on Tuesday at 9pm calling me a liar!

We recently used Southern Paws for a last minute trip that happened to be during spring break. We have never boarded our Leo so we were already nervous with it being so rushed. We only needed one night and we're so thankful they got him in. The instructions that were emailed to me were so clear on what was required and made checking in a breeze. The girls who were at the desk were very friendly. I had read that they send pictures but didn't expect them since it was such a short stay. I got two sets of pictures of my baby playing outside with the other dogs duringhis stay. I loved receiving them. He was happy when we picked him up. I would highly recommend Southern Paw and we will be using them in the future.

I just took my dog to Southern Paws Pet Resort!! it was the worst!!My Jordon come back with pee stains and rust stains on him and smells so bad! Please do not ever take your dog there!  I have never had such a terrible experience with a pet bath experience!! ?

I absolutely LOVE Southern Paws! Not only do they take wonderful care of my pup but they send tons and I do mean tons of pics so you never feel like you’re missing a moment. When you’re a helicopter mom like me you appreciate people who understand how precious your pet is to you.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but my Ladybug had a blast there for 2 weeks! She was well treated, had lots of play time with the other pets, and I got pics every day. I will use them again and highly recommend!

We do not take our furbabies anywhere else! They send plenty of pictures of our dogs while we are away and I don't think they even miss us! I love that they treat them like family.
