Staff are really nice however the products I have purchased on 3 separate occasions have needed to be exchanged or returned. I purchased a Pura and it wouldn’t even turn on I have 2 others and know how to use them. Had to return and exchange. Then purchased Juliet has a gun room spray for a gift and they complained it smells like pure alcohol. Took it back to exchange and the other bottle they had smelled the same as well. Paying 60$ for a room spray you expect quality. Lastly, purchased Annie Sloan chalk paint and after mixing and stirring for over 10 minutes, it wasn’t the same I believe it was a very old stock but again 3/3 visits and purchases when I have shelled out 400$ in total I feel like 150$ was wasted. I do love the store and what it seems to offer but the quality just isn’t it for me.

The owner is not the most friendly - at least if you're not white or straight. Cute store, but it's not a great look when you're only following certain people around.

Mahar was so sweet and really went above and beyond to make her customers feel special and cared for. Great product recommendations too. I love the ambience and the natural skin care products. The store is so beautiful and they truly care about their customers. It feels so welcoming like coming home going into the shop.I love the ??Turkish towls, omg soo soft and perfect for baths or for the beach or even for babies. ❤They have soo many products and all natural skin care as well as soaps and kitchen products.Nice gem in Lakeland definitely recommend shopping here.I love the support for Local Community Businesses and the Lakeland and Central Florida touist stuff like bags, pictures, napkins and photos you can buy here.

This is always a fun stop when I come in for the day from Palm Beach. Specifically, I love the Rafa roll on scents/ fragrances. The store is beautiful inside and has a lot of different items to shop. Staff always friendly.

I love shopping Scout & Tag! I have ordered several items and had them delivered to the door of friends/family. The Swan Planter, a Charcuterie for my companies 50th Anniversary with the perfect logo, and today I ordered a few Easter Basket items from Rafa Naturals and the service was impeccable! I can always count on S&T for the best gift ideas and Lakeland garb!

A BIG thank you to Sarah and those at Scout & Tag who went above and beyond to help me get a swan necklace for my sister ❤️ Lakeland is our hometown and we come in to visit when we are able to get in town. My sister loved my swan necklace and Sarah went out of her way to text pictures so I could get her one as well and also took the time to ship you out! Thank you! We will back!

A cute place to shop! I always bring friends from out of town here, and they have such a great selection of local Lakeland items- shirts, signs, hats, even an entire skincare line by Rafa Natural. The owners and staff are so friendly as well, and it's just a beautifully curated store to walk around even if you don't end up buying anything

Awesome store to walk around in and find items you never knew you needed. Items rotate so don't neglect to buy when you see it because it might be sold out the next time you go. Now has a unique part just for men as well
