Saddle Creek is so amazing and they truly care about you. getting an appointment is always so easy and the quality of care shown for my animals is always top tear, even with ending of life. they made us feel very comfortable in our hard time.

This place is Great! We brought our dog in and got through the process efficiently. The staff are great and is the best part about going. Lastly Dr Saurez is wonderful! He is very professional and really cares about his work with animals. I will definitely be back. I would say this is one of the best animal hospitals in the county.

It is very difficult to lose your long term vet (Dr P retired) and to trust in another. We decided to give the new vets a try, and took our Sherlock dog in today. I have to say hubby and I both left feeling better about this facility and Dr. Monterrey. He thoroughly examined our old boy and spoke to us about options available to help manage Sherlocks pain. We have five pets, these pets are our family and we felt like Dr Monterrey understood that. I know how difficult it is to trust another vet, but I am glad we tried and I am feeling more comfortable with this Vet Hospital.

Took my dog to saddle Creek veterinarian hospital she was seen with just a walk-in visit got in with next to no waiting and got a very thorough exam and medicine I need for her hot condition very satisfied

Way over priced, stupid me went to their other clinic few months back they seemed okay at the time, but called in an emergency and they gave false information about my dog ingesting Sago palm. (The girl on phone said it's fine it won't harm your dog!);These people don't know or care about anything except money they shouldn't be in business. Find another vet for your pet's sake

They keep spots open for emergencies! My sister is a vet tech and she wishes they'd do the same where she works. They're all friendly even when your dog marks everywhere. My baby needed to be seen, and no one else would do it. The only downside is, yes, it's a little expensive. I'll never complain if they'll take you last minute and still be kind.

My Sara was terrified when we got there. Her last visit to a vet left her very scared. It involved getting her nails trimmed which she didn't like anyway. They knew that as she saw the same doctor for 5 years. By the time we left, she was no longer shaking, she was being her friendly self and amazingly her nails were clipped better than the other place ever did it.

Amazing place. All the vets there care about what they do and you can tell as soon as walking in. My cat got shot which broke both legs. They have been amazing with my cat Taz.

My dog is very fearful of the vet and the staff was very accommodating to her. Going slow and offering treats. By the end of the visit she was comfortable with the team and they were able to give her the best care!
