I love it there. I have been going there for many, many years. The stylists really know their stuff and are able to accommodate anyone. They keep the place very clean and are always nice.

I got a good trim and color, but I felt Donna was a little condescending to me. I went in walking clothes because I was to go right afterward to walk at the lake with my husband. She "sized " me up in about 10 seconds to tell me I didn't want to dress up or style my hair every day, and a ponytail was best for me as I didn't want the usual "pretty" cut and style, but NOT that I wasn't "pretty" or anything. On a good note, she let me bring my support dog in and was kind about that. Then when it was time to leave , my dog got a little hyper and Donna asked if my dog knew I was about to have an anxiety attack because of the bill. At the time I was trying not to react to the seeming put-downs, but after I left and thought about it, it made me feel as I'd been dissed. All in all, I was pleased with the color and few highlights, nicely placed, and even though it was more than I pay in Citrus County at $165 plus$30 tip, it was reasonable. My suggestion is not to assume someone's preferences, but ask them. She did happen to be right about my lifestyle but what if she had been dead wrong? I would recommend the salon, but ask for prices, product quality and if you feel put down, speak up.
