Guy named Landen who works there just ruins the whole experience. My boyfriend showed up at 8 am on Wednesday after calling the day before and confirming he could get his tires rotated if he showed up at that time. Landen was rude and told him he couldn’t help him. Made an appointment for today (Friday) and asked how it works because he got turned down and it turns out that Landen is just lazy and rude. Guys today were absolutely great. Am sure I will have a great experience as long as this outlier isn’t there.

It's great for bulk things you need, east gate is clean, and organized. Well except for the clothes it's always a disaster.

Gas 3.59If you don't like waiting in lines at Sam's don't be a Moron and use the app and do self check out scan your own items as you shop and hit the door when your done shopping, only a uneducated person would stand there in line and then complain about slow check out lines ? We love Sam's and their prices and their gas prices too. If you don't like it no one is forcing you to shop here or buy a membership.

can't answer the phone at all for their customers. Good luck getting a hold of any single person when you call during the day. If your call is answered. They won't say anything and just put you on a hold. Horrible customer service.

Negatives:1. Pumps are always failing at this location. 2. Wait in line and shit down as I'm one car out. 3. Two wat traffic. This creates chaos. Positives: Only one - best prices in the area!

We had a somewhat complex issue of tire damage under warranty, and London went out of his way to make sure we were treated fairly. He was polite and professional. We appreciate their hard work, and will continue to do business with them in the future.

a staff member told me he wasn't selling soda at the cafe, even though I saw people with cups walking around. I told my kids to get a soda bottle and I'd get them a cup to share. this staff member proceeded to argue with me as to why I needed to have a cup, then yell at me telling me I was disrespectful when I took the cup. he took it back from me and threw it in the trash. He then yelled at me that if I wanted a cup I'd need to go find management and they would get me a cup. I don't pay a membership fee to be treated that way. I will never be back here

Love Sam's club especially since they have the option to scan and pay using the mobile app. I absolutely hate shopping, standing in line to pay and then standing in another line to get out the door. Scan and go ease's some of the pain. Weekends, you should have two associates working the door. A line from the door to snack area is ridiculous.

I was sad because at Costco I can buy seaweed in bulk, but I didn't see any here. We were able to buy everything on the app and skip the line which was super convenient! I recommend buying your tampons here instead of any other place-- $15 for 96. Overall it was a good experience. One downfall is we were short for time and the line to get gas was too long to wait.

The head tech (assumtion) was very cool by showing me a couple of things that I needed to address that had nothing to do with the tires. Very cool. And they did a fantastic job AND did it quick. I mean 4 tires in about 90 minutes? Damn good. No wonder that's where I've purchased tires from Sam's for 4 vehicles. Don't waste your time. Go there.

Waited 35 mins for this cashier to explain FOUR TIMES what the upgrade does. After she failed to get the screen up that he needed to use to pay, she continued to talk about his kids ect. Ma’am there are 6 people in line no one cares, we would just like to pay for our groceries. After waiting and finally getting up there STANDING quietly saying NOTHING. Nancy decided to get snotty with myself and the couple behind me. She apologized for “doing her job” ( I guess she means pressuring the older man in front of her who said no thanks TWICE into getting a credit card is her “job”) she had to actually come around to his side and HELP HIM put in the info. He plainly didn’t know any to do it after the first time and even his wife said NO let’s go…. She then go to us and was both rude and sarcastic. Apologizing for “doing her job” listen lady I SAID nothing to you. Then when I said to the gentleman who picked up a paper I dropped “thank you” she snapped at me and asked me what did I say… ummm I wasn’t speaking to you Nancy. But a manager should speak to you as you are harassing the elderly into cards they don’t want, telling my THREE times I need to renew my membership after I plainly said NO. Nancy needs a supervisor to retrain or perhaps RESTRAIN her and her poor attitude. I can see why so many people avoid this sams club…. You can see our line and Nancy pressuring this poor old man, then adding an upgrade to his membership when he didn’t want that either which he paid with cash after she attempted to push him into using his new card!! Get it together sams

Just got my new Sam's card today and the first thing is some old lady at the door told us the next time we come in we need to be wearing a mask.....nope, wont be doing that, thats for sure. And as the wife and i was done shopping we approached a ck out island where there was to women that work at Sam's and all of a sudden this big obese woman named Ann a supervisor turned around and shoved her big fat hand in our face and very nasty said ... we are closed and turned back around. If Sam's don't respect their own customers too hell with them. We will go somewhere else.
