Poor customer service. Front desk non informative and don’t even pay attention to your concern in any way possible.

I have stayed here a couple times and the people who work here are without a doubt the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. 10/10 I will continue to stay here because of the employees. They are helpful, but also very kind—the energy of this hotel is incredible.
