Doug was very friendly to me and my wife. We went to him because my desktop computer wouldn't turn on correctly. You could hear the fans and everything but nothing would show up on the monitor. My wife and I tried to fix it ourselves for like 3 hours, but when we finally gave up and went to Doug, it took him no time at all to locate and fix the problem. Not only did he fix my computer, he also did a lot of extra things for me like removing a back panel for better airflow, untangling and managing the mess of wires I had in my desktop, data formatting my unused hard drive so now I have like hundreds of gigabytes more storage space, etc...He did all that and only charged me $135. Totally worth it.

I went to this place based on the excellent reviews.. and I am glad I did, he has excellent customer service, and fixed my laptop screen very quickly, it was broken pretty badly and he fixed it and didn't charge me nearly as much as I expected to pay. I was very impressed. I greatly appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

Right off the batt walking in the door I had a feeling this was going to be a good experience everyone was helpful and pleasant .I haven't seen a computer store this nice before either and the pricing was very reasonable. My mac stopped working and would only give me a folder with a question mark. I was expecting a few days for the repair, to my surprise I was contacted later that day and was able to get my computer. overall, was very pleased with the services and highly recommend this store.

Great service and Turn-around time. Brought my laptop In thinking it was done for but nope! Chris saved the day for a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone to go there with computer or phone issues!!!

I really enjoyed talking to Doug and what not, but to not be told that there's a labor fee upfront is really disconcerting. I ended up paying more than what I'd brought to fix the frame of my laptop. Doug is a great guy, no doubts about that, but there's just some things that dock off stars. After my frame was fixed, he ended up losing my laptop battery. The service for fixing my laptop was pretty good but those few things just got on nerves. How can someone lose a laptop battery? I don't know.

Doug at Reliant Computer Services promptly addressed my custom build problem with expertise and care. My issue was resolved within the same day and the service charge was reasonable. Doug was very friendly and ensured that my questions and needs as a customer were fulfilled. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend and return to this organization as a customer for future computer services.

These guys are great! I took a computer in a few months ago for a full wipe and reinstall of the OS. The service was quick and pricing is SUPER reasonable. Most recently I had a question for them about an error message I got that I believed could be part of the newly installed OS - I called and left a voicemail on a Sunday with the intent to set up an appointment the following week. To my surprise, five minutes later I received a call back from Chris. I am happy to have chosen Reliant for my computer needs and will continue to utilize their services. I am "wowed" by their customer service!
