I walked into dealership, Emmy recognized me and started the process to get my oil change done, she set up my shuttle ride back to my work and even scheduled an approximate time they would return to pick me up to return me back to dealership. When I came back she processed my paperwork and had me out the door within a couple minutes. She was fantastic, life is hectic and to stand around and waste time is frustrating, she made sure that did not happen. GREAT customer service

Everything was wonderful, the only thing I might not be completely satisfied with is that it took them a while to serve us and I got the impression that the attention they gave my family and I could have been better and faster.
The reason we waited calmly was because the person who was going to serve us spoke Spanish, but in the end it turned out that she spoke very little, almost nothing, and my daughter had to do the translation for us.
I think that if in the end they were going to serve us in English, anyone else could have done it and it wouldn't have taken so long.
However I could say that Felix was good.

Blessed to be a returning customer for our 3rd vehicle! Was able to work with sunset and he made the process simple and knew exactly what we needed/ wanted and made sure we were in something we wanted! Sunset will now be our #1 go to for vehicle needs. Regal never disappoints!

Every step from beginning of sale to delivery was excellent which includes sales person , manager ,finance and service .they were all great.There were several factory issues at delivery but they took care and everything and resolved the issues.Thank you very much.

Based on my experience with the parts department, I will go to Stingray from now on. Clueless people who obviously hate their jobs. Answer the phone occasionally and when your dumb counter bell rings that means there's a customer so remove your thumbs from your collective orifices and go earn you paycheck.

The very Professional Salesmen Sunset helped me get the truck that I always wanted. Sunset got me out of a vehicle that I was not satisfied with and even accommodated me with some side steps for free so I can get in and out of my 2024 Chevy Trail Boss. I will never shop anywhere else. Make sure to ask for Sunset.
Update 8/10/2024: Sunset has gone out of his way to make sure I stay in the Regal Chevrolet Family. I will do all my vehicle shopping only at Regal Chevrolet. If you are looking for a great vehicle and at a great price Regal Chevrolet is the place to be. I have been coming to your service department several years and this was the best experience. Leo was very courteous and helpful. The whole service area was quieter and more comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my car to leave, they had done such a good job on washing my car.

Absolutely horrible job detailing car . Called and complained and was told I do not have the detail package that I claim to have. When in fact the last detail I got from you guys was done to specs of the detail package that I do have. So how cannot be done right the first time then all of a sudden no don’t have the package anymore. Either your employees are lazy or you’re short staffed and trying to cut corners. Either way I’ll just go to the gmc dealership and let them take care of my vehicle.
