I just picked up my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado from Regal Chevrolet after having repairs performed.... dash lights had been flashing ... warning about tire monitor, engine monitor, and turn signals no longer worked. Also the step sides would no longer go up or down when the doors were opened (a necessity for my 5'1" frame). I love my truck and have taken excellent care of it for the last 8 years... obviously repair was not an option... it was mandatory!!! I called, spoke with Melissa, and took my truck in on Tuesday. I'm about as mechanically knowledgeable as my schnauzer, I KNEW it would be expensive (it was, cost me an arm and a leg), but honestly I wasn't surprised... my MD charged me $50 for a pneumonia vaccination injection... not for the vaccine itself, but for the nursing assistant to inject it (not even an RN... I am an RN so there was no mistake about that). My point is... EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE!!!! I picked up my truck today, it was washed, and driving it home, it had absolutely no problems. I just want to say that in spite of all the negative reviews I've read here, my EXPERIENCE AT REGAL WAS A VERY GOOD ONE...Melissa was fantastic!!! She kept in touch, explained what they were doing, and sent a driver to pick me up. Vehicle upkeep is expensive, but unavoidable. I will return!

Overall, I had a great experience at Regal with Jarret Schrom, and I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of maintenance service for their Chevrolet vehicle. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and they truly care about their customers' satisfaction."

Financial person lied, didn't fix issue, and stopped communicating with me. Because of this, I wouldn't shop here for a vehicle.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I went today and before my appointment the advisor had told me that the diagnostic was $89 dollars when I arrived he then told me it was 169 To do a diagnostic! I went ahead and did it anyways I should of ran for the door! Waited two hrs and half and was then told that my ac had issues with the high pressure sensor and it was going to cost 840 dollars so I called the Chevrolet I always go too just to verify how much it would be with them. They told me the part was 80 something dollars and labor it would come out to $179 where the hell did this place come up with $840 never again!! not even for an oil change!! I am so disgusted by this and I am so bothered I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint

I sold my 2015 Acura TLX to this Dealership. An hour later I go back to get some documents from glove box that I forgot. Couldn't find the original sales woman Katie Gorman or anyone to help me. Left voicemails, emailed numerous times no response. About 11 days later I found the car forsale on their webs

I have bought over 15 new Chevrolet’s in the past 25 years Regal was by far the smoothest and best deal we have ever got. Our salesman Rich was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Definitely wanted the best for us

Had a great experience at Regal Chevrolet. The Salesman Sunset Flemings was very helpful. Answer all my questions or found an answer for my concerns right away. I visited 2 other dealers and walked out for their lack of motivation or unwillingness to work out a deal that was fair to the both of us. Not at Regal Chevrolet, these guys listen to our concerns, address everything in a very professional manner and we were able to drive away in a new Tahoe feeling great about our deal. Thank you Sunset and the rest of the Regal Chevrolet team for a great customer experience.

BEWARE I purchased my Trax from this Dealership 7 months ago and still so mad I can not be professional when calling to complain. The sales experience was the worse I've had in the 35 years of purchasing vehicles. My salesman Matthew did not know the product and kept looking up things which should have my first clue to leave. After a prolonged sales process I went home with the car. I reviewed the paperwork when I got home and things weren't as I believed, which is why I hate electronic signatures and I drove back the next day I told them of the issues and I started to walk the dealership again. I was an hour from home so I needed to go home with something. Matthew actually showed me a car with After a couple hours I said I'll just keep what I bought and went to go home and they said I couldn't as they voided the sale I asked why and the sales Mgr said I didn't think you wanted it. I still had the keys, my stuff in the Trax and my license plate from my other car on the vehicle. It took 2.5 hours to redo everything. I was so mad I took their name off my car Fast forward to today. I brought my Trax in for 4 different thing to another dealership as I would never go back there. Each item was normal, they showed me how things worked and said you salesman should have explained it. Since two people at Regal (Matthew and Finance mgr) told me no oil change until 10k miles I asked about it and was told it's every 5k and the first GM pays for so I knew it wasn't poor service. I will rate this Dealership separately I don't want their name associated with this review. If you are considering buying a Chevy do it anywhere but here

Angry doesn't even cover it. First took my car in because I hit a soft barrel that was hit by another car and landed in front of mine. I had to have the bumper and under car shield replaced and apparently the radiator. Took a minute to get it back due to issues with the bumper and honestly i was starting to wonder if something happened to my car so I went in to pick up something out of the trunk. Got my car back like almost a month later and only after I told htem my rental on my insurance was up I either pick my car up or they will have to give me a car to drive. I wasn't paying more than I had to. First they tell me oh the battery is dead you need a new battery. Hahaha the battery was new when i brought it in. After my boyfriend said something they replaced it. when i picked something up form my trunk the doors and everything is open lights and all and I'm sure none of it was ever shut so easy to see why the battery was dead. (they wanted to bill the battery to my insurance company which I said NO) Then I call that week did you do something to my headlights? They are not working like they did before? nope. Never touched them. A couple weeks later I called again and then again. I went to an auto zone bought new lights even though the ones that I had in there were only about 4 or 5 months old. $75 because I bought the better lights each time. They weren't working still! Called again and again told no nothing is wrong with your lights. Take it in and the service guy told me of course they removed your head lights in order to replace the bumper! So I was lied to. Oh it gets better. They CUT the wire to my headlights! (they also wanted to bill my insurance company which I said hell no) And the shield in the light had dieterated. IT was only after I LOST all my lights while driving home with my kid in the car in the dark that I went freaking mean witch mode and called them and told them off did they agree to actually do something about it! A week later I get my car back. I was pretty pissed off. So then I drive to GA oh yeah it gets better! Hold on to your seat. I'm driving back country roads and my car just ups and dies. No warning nothing just stops. I sat for a minute trying not to panic and I turn the key and it starts. I thought that was seriously weird. I called the dealership and they are like nope no idea what would do that! I'm like the motor maybe? Nope can't be. Bring it in if you want and we will look at it. brought it in my car from the time I got out of my car and they took my key and gave me my key back not even 30 minutes had passed and he said nope nothing wrong with it. If it does it again let me know. MF knew exactly what it was because apparently this was a problme and is a problme with 2015 Kia optimas and there is a warranty recall on it just like the headlights that they at first tried to deny. So My car died a second time while i was driving to work in rushhour on a very bad exit ramp I4 off of 275. At first they tell me they will send someone to get me then he calls back and says they were n't going to to call a tow truck. They were leaving me there. My motor had died. Almost 6 hours later no water, less than 4 hours into my battery died on my phone and not one cop woudl stop. Seeing "silver lights" dehydrated and all they just left me there. Because they didn't do what they should had when I came in the first time. THEN oh yeah there is a then...this nose keeps coming from my car. So I had my tires balance and all (prior to the car dieing) after car was fixed nose still there. I looked under the car, had two other people look. Everyone is like what is that? So my boyfriends says ummm why is your bumper cracking? I dunno. OH S*** they never attached my bumper to the fire wall. Guess who won't return a call? I'm thinking its way past time to get a lawyer. Any takers?

Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. Should have walked but was up against a deadline to find a replacement vehicle. Every part of the experience from the sales person to the sales manager Jeff and on to the finance person Pete. Bought a maintenance plan which was supposed to be bumper to bumper but has proven to be useless and trying to discuss it with the people leads only to answers of I don't know or you'll have to someone else but they're not available right now, try another time.

I purchased a pre owned car for my teenage son. Throughout the test drive experience and purchasing process I was assured that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected top to bottom. The Salesman assured me that if there were any issues after the purchase that this was a Christian company and he never failed to see them "do the right thing". The purchase was completed after my work day.On the drive home my son discovered that the radio did not work nor did the interior lights of the vehicle work. Upon arriving at home and attempting to lock the car we discovered that the key fobb did not work. I immediately contacted the salesman first thing the next morning. At this point he let me know that I had purchased the car as is and that I was welcome to bring the vehicle in and pay to have any repairs made. I reminded him of his promise to do the right thing and the fact that he had assured me that the car had been inspected from top to bottom. He said that he would have to talk to his manager but that the car could be brought in after 10 the next morning. My son arrived at 9:30, he was taken to the repair department and left there. After waiting for several hours the mechanics let him know that they had not even been informed he was showing up and they probably would not be able to get to him until 4 or 5 hours later. I called and spoke to the salesman and during this conversation he again told me that I purchased an as is vehicle. He said he had spoken to his manager and that any repairs would have to be covered out of pocket. He said the decision was above his pay grade. My son schedule an appointment to go a couple of days later. They informed us that they were not able to repair any of the issues. My 17 year old son did a little bit of research and today fixed his own vehicle! The issue was a simple fuse! This is something they should have checked! This is a detail that could have easily been discovered by their mechanic. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. I am highly disappointed in the fact that a salesman would try to leverage Christianity as a selling point.I most definitely will not be a returning customer. And I most definitely will not be recommending this dealership to anyone! Be cautious my friends! And, Chris Dolce, thank you so much for living up to the stereotypical car salesman.

The salesman was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went out of the way to get me exactly what I wanted. He didn’t pressure me into something I didn’t want.
