Purchased new telluride from them with extended warranty and when battery went dead they refused to change it. RIP OFF DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANY ITS A SCAM.

I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a company in my life. I choose to have my car towed to this company for repairs after it was in an accident. I did so because after my purchase with regal Acura I had all the faith that they would repair my car and restore it to its original state. However, this was not the case. They have had my car for over a month and yet to have repaired it. They returned it to me once during this process for it to still be damaged. I had to return the car and complain about this for them to tell me they may have missed something (which I did). At this point I am in tears and being told I can drive my car away and they would call me when the part arrives. Again, trusting them I did so! However, after some research I found that in-fact I should not be driving this vehicle because the part that is broken is extremely dangerous and could have caused a fatal crash. I had to call them and tell them this for them to say they weren’t aware and that I could bring it back (again me driving this dangerous vehicle back to them). At a lost for what to do this is what I did. Fast forward to now they said my car would be ready on Monday. No call, no communication which is what they are famous for by the way. I called them on Tuesday and they told me they yet again missed another broken part!! How, in the world do you take someone’s car apart multiple times and yet keep missing parts. Needless to say I no longer trust this company and had my car towed to a different auto body to finish the repairs and ensure nothing else was missed.This all occurred and the collision center on 98 s. A female sales person initially helped us out. She lacks the knowledge of the vehicle she was trying to sell us and has extremely poor communication skills.There was a male finance guy who said my wife was approved through Kia Finance. Then, 2 days later he said she wasn't approved because she basically lied about her income which was untrue as I helped my wife with her credit app.My wife and I went to Miami Kia and purchased a car that was financed through Kia Finance.I definitely wouldn't recommend doing any business with this place.

*******Single income family here...dad providing for wife and 2 younger kids so mom can stay at home and raid the right*****If you want a dealer that sells Vehicles that have problems as soon as you drive off the lot. YOU CAME TO THE RIGHT ONE!!!!!2018 Kia optima here bought from you guys with 52k miles. Within 2wks I was driving on the highway and car goes from 70mph down to like 20 and shuts off because my Kia has the OIL CONSUMPTION PROBLEM...Took it to you guys because I bought the bumper to bumper warranty from your certified used cars that go through a bullshit inspection....Spent $600 on you guys doing an oil change and pvc valve replacement or something like that.....Guess what 2wks later the same shit..... every 1000 miles I have to put 2-3qts of oil in this vehicle.....Also sometimes it takes 10 seconds of cranking to start.....Also if the car has under a quarter tank of gas it will shut off complete in the middle of driving repeatedly...$24k spent on what was supposed to be a great reliable car....Now I'm about to trade it in with $4500 cash on top because I can't afford to have a car that has this many problems....THANKYOU FOR NOTHING! And I hope all your customers and upper management see this because you guys were not willling to fix the problem that y'all sold me with your so called bumper to bumper warranty that was supposed to cover everything....But then find out the hard way it's through a 3rd party company that doesn't cover half the shit the Kia bumper to bumper would cover!!!

regal Kia Service is the worst service department I've ever had to go to. They do sloppy work, takes too long, and the hours only accommodate them not the working class. The manager will not call you back and when you leave messages you might as well be leaving a true Sam fan and person that never calls you back. I called up after having my car there multiple years this specific car I got 2018. The lady, Missy could not find my account she look by my car, phone number, address I still couldn't find it. I had to give her the last four of my van. She finally found it and said that my name had gotten changed somehow. I tell you that Jeff was there months ago, and, there was no problem finding my account. Then she went on to tell me that maybe I updated my address which I've lived in the same place for 20+ years so I left a message with the manager who has yet to call me back I called again. He still has not called me back. I will not buy another Kia at that car dealership due to the service. there have been many examples like this. This is just the last straw.

Regal kia you did it again yesterday my car battery died I call and I talk to kelsey she told me that it was still under warranty the car is a 2020 Kia Forte GT with barely 15,000 miles on it the car has to be jump started yesterday and today to make it to the dealer jeromy the service advisor took me in after a while I asked him and he told me that they test the battery and that it was bad and that he referred it to the warranty tech I believe he said after another while I asked him and he told me that the technician recommended to charge the battery after they say that it was bad the battery is almost three years old and has to be Jumpstart already twice long story short after three hours waiting I left with the same battery because they refused to replace it. I am very disappointed with the service I received today.

Went here in April, made a down payment of around $300 to fix a small issue. They quoted me at 1k for a minor part that needed repair, and said they couldn't provide with a loaner for a few days if I needed it. They told me they would have my part in a few weeks. It's been 4 months, they just hang up on me, and never gave me my part. I found someone to do it for less, but Kia will not talk to me or refund the money. Don't go to their body shop, it's a scam.

Regal Kia is a hit or miss with customer service. When I went in to buy my car in august of 2021 I wasn't that happy with the sales experience... I felt like everyone was giving me the run around and I could barely get a straight answer about if I'd be able to get a car.. Maybe it's the shortage of cars or maybe that's just customary with buying a car but I've been back for my oil change twice because you can't beat free oil changes and it's been okay.

1st they refused to tell me the price of any car till I drove 45 min out there. Long story short they wanted $30,000 for a $20,000 Kia Soul. This place is a scam. Go anywhere else.

If I could leave no stars I would! My 18 year old daughters Kia Soul has been in and out of the shop for the same problem and no one seems to care. Her car goes into "limp mode" putting her at risk to be rear ended or worse while she is driving. There is never a sense of urgency and no seems to know what they are doing there. One of the times we brought it in they told her that "maybe a fuel induction service would fix the problem" so she paid the several hundred dollars in hopes that this would fix it! A few days lasted it happens again and this time when they check it out we got an "oh, sorry, the service tech must have forgot to put the sensor on it when he did the fuel induction service"!!! What?! How do you forget something like that?! She was on highway 27 when the car suddenly wouldn't go over 20mph! This place is awfulStay away!!

I got to the KIA dealer at what I thought was going to be the best time to get help. I walked the entire new car lot and used car lot for over 20 minutes and not ONE person came out to help me. So I walked back to my car and left. WOW, just WOW. Reagal Kia needs to instruct their sales team on how to sell cars.

Something Michael Holley KIA could do nearly 20 years ago. This also means you all did better than Lakeland Toyota so thank you for doing an excellent job while I waited in the waiting room for an hour. Also thank you to the lady for letting me know it'll take about 45m to 1h 10 m as it was done within the 60-70 minutes.I think the estimate time is also why I'm rating it so high as it seemed spot on. Keep up the great work.

I had a great experience at the Regal Body Shop. Misty is awesome. My car looks great, the manager kept me informed as the repair progressed and the entire team was great. This is my second major repair at the Regal Body Shop and it has been as good an experience as it gets both times.
