Had an appointment, they knew we were driving 1.5 hours. Showed up and the car had " supposedly" just sold. But was no where on the lot. We all know you aren't out the door in an hour. Tried the bait and switch for a different make and model. Will never deal with this company and will let everyone I know about my experience with them.

Great experience. They delivered as promised. I shopped many dealerships for a new vehicle, best value for the money. The sales people I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable and treated us very well. Thump's up for Levi, Promise-Mike, and Matthew.

Assisted my mother in trading in her old car for a new sub-compact SUV. I must say the service was excellent, from every standpoint. Our salesman Sheron was great and I am very happy with the price we received, not only on the new SUV, but on the vehicle trade and overall purchase.
The dealership has followed up to ensure there are no issues, and called again today to schedule window tinting.
Great experience all around, and if I wasn't a truck person, I could definitely see myself working again with this dealership in the future.

I just talked to a clown ! first person that claimed himself to be a manager -his name was Jordan- told me that they only charge 999$ dealer fee, which is ok. Than I sent my person to the dealership to check the car. The car was ok, so I called and the second time. This time I talked to another person. He said that his name is Jeff, and claimed that he is the Mr Manager. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He didn’t even have a proper dealer knowledge. I also work in the car industry for so many years ! long story short, they wanted to charge 3500$ extra fees without tax and registration. Can you believe this people?!!! Be aware they will try to make another 3000$ or 4000$ from potential customers with financing!! Of course we called back hand. So people please beware from this dealership.

This place is full of liars. We drove 45 minutes to look at a used car, we show up the radio isn’t working the car had multiple accidents that was not reported to Carfax. We Spoke to Victor and he did not help us at all or answer any questions on why none of the accidents or dents or broken radio was mentioned in the listing. He stated “ obviously this isn’t the car for you” I was like this is whole reason we drove here and if are lying about this car to get people here then your lying about all your cars… This place is a scam!!! Stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off!

Every time I try my luck with Regal Honda service center in Lakeland, and every time I'm shown why I should've just taken it to Winter Haven Honda. This is the second time in the past year I've had to take my car into the service department, and both times I've have to fight tooth and nail to get any sort of update or information on my car. I understand they are busy, but I hope they understand this is my only means of transportation for myself and my six month old baby. They sent a text message with a link to a whole list of services that apparently need to get done, with no phone call to explain why and what is happening. If I'm paying 800 dollars for something, I need an explanation! When I call, I get a busy line until it hangs up on me. I can't afford the data rates for their text to notify system, so I'm left with my car sitting there until someone calls me.
I am only giving two stars, because the girls who answer the phones are gems who have tried to connect me to my service tech directly more than once. Shouts out to Haley!
