Excellent service, whenever I take my car for maintenance I wait in the facilities and they offer me snacks, coffee or water. Wilson always takes care of keeping me up to date during the maintenance.

Absolute horrible experience. Car was towed in at 7am. I called the service department over and over again could not get anyone on the phone till around 1pm. Had to keep calling back just to find out they were not able to work on my car for 2 more days because they did not go look at my car till right before closing time. Picked up my car after service and still having issue after doing all recommended service but not able to get service department on the phone to get issued fixed. Tried texting the service advisor and no answer. The worst experience I've ever had getting my car serviced

How frustrating and bad my visit to that place was. I went for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation to my Acura TLX. When I left my TLX began to move from side to side the steering wheel I came back immediately and they told me that they had left the nuts loose. Then my Acura wasn't the same, it had a vibration all over the car. I went back to the couple of days with an appointment at 10 am to make it swing and line up. I wait 8 hours for my Acura to get worse. I took it to another place to fix that and alignment and it looked good as before. They are definitely very bad, it seems that those technicians don't want those cars. Nothing is worth an apology now because the damage is already done.

Everyone was great. Especially Service Advisor Austin B. For such a large service department it was pretty efficient. But almost 2 hours for an oil change is a long time. That's why it is not 5star.
Had front shocks and an alignment a week later. They were able to set me up with a loaner which was greatly appreciated. Everyone that I interacted with was very professional.... yet chill. Nicely done Regal !!
