This place is great the dice server you which is Gabriel and Granger I believe they are both respectable and friendly but professional front desk personnel. I believe they are Christian and about God country and family due to the flag to the conversations that I've overheard but I may be wrong and if I am I don't mean to offend anybody. The answer all my questions please get pretty full at times and it goes from empty to full empty to full they have a sofa couple of chairs they have a TV playing all the time so you can feel free to just sit there and wait if you have time. They do layaways they sell new and used guns and they also do gun repair which I have dropped off by shotgun and this Monday I should pick up a gun that I purchased and that satisfies the 3-day wait.

I called six different stores in the immediate area looking for a specific optic called the romeo 5. This was the only store to have it in stock.The guy who helped me was extremely nice and helped me mount the grip and sight. Not hard, but a nice gesture.The store was surprisingly well stocked. Angled foregrips to barrels and handguards. They had way more than expected in store - and this was after looking all over online.On top of that? Affordable prices. This optic was only about $20 more than major online listing's. I'd call that a damn good deal for same day pickup. These people make a profit but they're not over here stabbing your wallet. I appreciate that in 2024.Highly recommend you bring your business here, I don't think you'll regret it.

I needed specific ammo (6mm Creedmoor). Visited their website and saw a couple they were selling. I was unclear if they carried it in stock so I tried calling them and no one has ever answered the phone no matter how many times I called. I just went ahead and placed a order since I really didn't need any ammo right at the moment. A day later, I sent an email asking about it and no answer there. I went to visit the store and they said it will probably take a week. Again they gave me no estimation. It's been over a week now and tried calling back and still no answer. The voicemail is there. Now I have to go down there and ask them about the order. Very frustrating.Update: Just when I was on my way to check the store, I got a call back saying it was ready to pickup. So great timing. The guys working there are chill guys and have nothing bad/negative to say. They're not on top of you which is great cause I don't like that. They let you be until you have a question. Also, they have like 4 different selections of 6mm Creedmoor in stock which is great. Also have a wide selection of gun products and would recommend the store for that.I'm lifting this to 3 stars from 1 star because I actually received my order and not 4 or 5 stars because the phone should always be picked up and placed on hold or at the least called back. Emails need to be answered too. Shipping took one full week for ammo.

Located off HWY 98 past Sam’s club in Lakeland. Their website is good, prices competitive with many in stock items unlike Rural King which advertises great selection, competitive prices but rarely in stock. If you like gun shops check them out.

Great man running this place! It's next to his house, so it was easy to find. Great prices, excellent knowledge of anything I asked. I have always had my guns delivered to this shop !

0 customer service skills.. been here about 2-3 times and all those times I was ignored when walking in they just look at me and turn their heads back to the tv until I walk closer to them asking a question then when I spoke to the middle aged man (on both occasions) it seemed as if he was tired of me talking and asking questions. If you want a good gun store keep driving down that same road and goto West coast pawn & gun shop. That store doesn’t make you feel like trash and actually enjoy talking about the product they sell.

I want a particular handgun. I like to keep money local, so I called Rapture during their regular business hours. No answer. Okay, they're busy. No big deal. I leave a detailed voice message, what I want and asking how can I get it. No reply that day. Called again next day. No answer, left another detailed message. No return call that day or ever. How can anyone survive with a business attitude like that? Went to Cabela's.
