After a horrible few days recovering from Milton, I went out to my car after working all day and discovered my tire pressure was low. It was 5:40pm when I arrived at Lakeland Ford service.. although they were 20 minutes from closing. My tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Steve M was so kind and he treated me like I was family. He got my tire patched and I was able to safely get home. This is the reason why I buy and get my cars serviced at Lakeland Ford. I always get 5 star service. Forever grateful! Thank you Steve and Lakeland Ford!

Parking lot was a little confusing when I first pulled in. Once I got to the Quick Lane someone came right up to see if I had an appointment or needed to have a service done. I had an appt so he went to get Jay who was my service guy. Jay was very nice and got my information and I was all set. I didn't wait for the oil change. (past other dealership oil changes would say it would take like an hour and I was there 5) I was barely home 30 mins when Jay called to let me know my car was ready. The whole process went easily and smooth.

They left my center cap with the screws loose when I got tire rotation and oil change and it fell. of the other side was loose with only one screw left hopefully my tire doesn’t fall off I have a video of how they left the screw off of my other tire

Serviced my vehicle whenever the lights came on the dash or made appt every 6 mos. Kept up to date on all my service needs. Different issues started coming up after warranty expired. Oil started leaking /changed brakes/new tires/etc etc. next time air went out - started leaking. Can't live here in Fla without air-asked to check it with my oil change appt. Couldn't do it - had to make separate appt. Still didn't know exactly what was going on. After trying to make appointments-all booked out until Dec.19-20- I started this before Thanksgiving (blowing hot air)-lost a couple of appointments-tried again-still no luck. Went to another dealer & got a diagnostics test done ($200). Won't be going back here again. I guess there is no more communications after years here. Sorry it didn't work out. Hope you all have a nice holiday.

I was in for s recall repair and oil change. Oil change a bit on the high side. Might do some shopping around or find a coupon. Waiting room was clean. Free donuts

I went in with an issue that couldn't be fixed at local repair shops. I expected to not have my car back for a week and having to spend a lot of money for my repair. I was able to take their shuttle home. I received a phone call the very next day to get my car. Less than $300 for the repairs. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and everything was very clean. Thank you for this experience.

My 2010 Ford Explorer Sports Trac has been at Lakeland Ford since May 4th, 2021 without being repaired. I have no indication when or if my vehicle will ever be repaired. My saga began with a dash warning light. Eventually, it was determined my vehicle needed a new computer. Due to the chip shortage, no one could tell me when the computer would become available. I contacted Ford Headquarters and they were no help. I found a supplier and 4 computers later, and complete wiring harness later, they are now saying again it must be because the computers were not Ford OEM computers? Isn't most computers that fail in the vehicle turned in and rebuilt???? I've tried to make contact with the service manager, the General Manager, and the Owner, and none has the professionalism to contact me. Oh, the parts manager called; but, was no help at all. I am 64 years old. I have had Ford vehicles all my life. But, you will never see me in a Ford product ever again.

I ordered parts from Lakeland online. The parts were reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Also, they seems to carry parts that are otherwise discontinued or on a national backorder.The link in the email they sent to leave feedback is for the quick lane.
